The location is convenient. Less than 5 minutes walk to KLCC. The apartment unit just nice for 6 pax family with 3 bedrooms. The unit is clean when we arrive. Check in and check out process are easy. Staff are friendly and helpful

Kitchen utensils can be added a bit more . For example, spatula for frying, small spoons etc. Not a full range but a basic for simple basic cooking. Maybe time to change the bed in one of the bedroom. Bed Spring worn out.

The booking was easy with Birdy stay Response from host was very good. We were late for check in and was worried that we will be stranded. But Birdy support responded even after working hours which made arrangment easier and accommodative. Please note there will be late fee if past check in time. 😁 Upon arriving, someone will meet you to show you the parking(if driving) and the room and settle the administration matters like room access codes, deposit and parking fees. Parking was safe and secured during our stay. Location was excellent for travellers to stay around the city. About 8 mins walk to Twin towers. Can easily move around using grab taxi or car. There are local food stalls in walking distance. The unit had a living, dining and kitchen together and 2 bedrooms. It was ideal for 4 of us. We did not get the twin tower view but it was ok. The unit had all the required facilities. The arrangements are like an AirBnB. Overall: I recommend Birdy stay. You can book with confidence and can expect a smooth transaction and stay with Birdy stay. Good job, team.

We made a deposit of RM200 in cash upon check in. The refund was transferred to my bank account which amount to RM180. My request for cash refund was not answered for some reasons. It may be due to exchange rate. We could not find any tissue or kitchen towels for wiping.

This was good stay, we like the view from window, it was 57 floors. We even decided to proceed the staying here (I have booked the same offer in booking) but I was told that we needed to be relocated, and in the end I get bad suit. But here review about the first one and it was amazing.

1)The pool is not available for short stay guest, although it is in the advertisement as "pool is". 2) The Sky Suites building is not for short stay, there are a lot of data with the information around and in the building so it is not nice to live there known that it is prohibited to live guests as me

Clean. 6mins walk to KLCC. Cozy. U just need to bring ur clothes. Android tv function. Washing machine w dryer provided. Very nice place. Not crowded. Very nice staffs. No need to self check in. They will fetch & give u the access card. Trusted & recommended place to stay. Our unit cannot see the petronas twin towers cause we only take 2 bedrooms.

They closed the nearest gate w Tower A starting from Friday night to Sunday maybe. Cause we used that gate to go out to KLCC on Friday evening. Have to walk abit far to KLCC cause u have to go to the main entrance first. (We didnt drive btw)

The property is really nice apart from the fact that it doesn’t have ducted cooling which I personally am so used to. it’s convenient and centrally located

for check in/out, they have this weird policy to bring luggage to the P8 parking and then one of their guys will escort you I n/out of the parking. so you are not allowed to take your luggage to a taxi waiting on the ground floor. The guy will load it in their car to drop it off to the taxi waiting outside

1. place are clean,spacious, and comfy. they had 1 main bedroom with private toilet. 2. helpful host. i once had a trouble in the middle of the night and their staff really put the effort to came and help us. 3. perfectly working fine facilities : kitchen set with stove,oven, water dispenser hot and cold, fridge,washing machine, hairdrier, iron clothes, water heater. 4. complimentary but essentials things : cutlery (spoon,glass,plate,etc) , shoes cabinet, drying rack, towels, all are enough for me and my fam. (we came as a group of 5)

Great location.

The place is near Petronas towers. The view is amazing. The deposit is returned promptly. i was impressed as this is a Last minute booking and they sent to me the instructions right after my booking. We were already in the grab vehicle when i booked.

the check in is a little bit uncomfortable. The security won’t allow people carrying luggages in so the caretaker needs to take all our luggages to drive to P8 before finally going to the unit.
