Nice location & view. Everything is clean the pool view is so awesome! really love it! Suite is big, washing machine & everything is complete👍🏻

1-just they forgot to throw leftover in fridge from previous people 2- there are few religious things which is i think not suitable for the suite. For example big Chinese wallpaper in front of the door (make me scared), small buddhist toy

Location is great, opposite Petronas Towers. Room was on the 42nd floor with views of the towers. Pool is in 53rd with amazing views of the city. There is a well equipped gym there too. Room is as advertised with a full kitchen, lounge, comfortable bed and washer/dryer which can be handy.

I was a little confused about check in procedure. It is an apartment stay, not a hotel. Call the contact number on your booking when you arrive and someone will meet you in the lobby to check you in. I didn’t like the bundle of rules they dumped on me then either: airbnb type rules like take all garbage out, don’t leave plates drying, etc. I’m happy to not leave the room a mess, but if you have these conditions they should be clear before you make the booking, not in checkin. If you are after hotel service this is probably not for you, but if you just want a great room for a good price go for it. I’ll book again next time I’m in KL.

The room that I got is level 42, it is indeed high enough to see the view of the kuala lumpur from the room. It's really satisfying . Klcc is just next to the place where I stayed. So you only need to walk, no need to use cars or public vehicles with crowded road conditions regardless of time. And i really like swimming pools view of klcc .

They don't provide enough footrests, if the shower water comes out causing the floor to be slippery.

Good location. Very near klcc. The room was clean and comfortable. The room also has a direct view of klcc! Pool at top floor was spectacular. Parking was allocated & very easy. Access card was given to use the elevator. Love how there were not many people around even though we went on a weekend.

There were no floor mats in the bathroom. Very slippery if not careful. One of the shower heads also seem to not be in placed correctly, had to hold them. Toiletries provided was only bath soap. Everything else we need to bring ourselves.

The apartment is clean and has most of the white appliances you’d expect, location is phenomenal. Next door to the apartment building is the twin towers, opposite you have a convenience store and next to that a cafe that’s pretty much open all day and night. Most tourist attractions are within walking distance as are known brands to western travellers. The pool has a great view and is a decent size. Gym access is easy and the building has very good manned security so safety is very good also.

The view from the rooftop pool was amazing. The gym equipment is very new and in excellent condition. The actual room is beautifully decorated, with comfy couches and a large dining table. Loved every minute there.

Kitchen facilities were ok, could have done with a little more cutlery. And a phone call to the property manager was required to meet at the lobby and check in. Of you don't have a local Sim card that could be problematic.

nice view, large rooms, king-sized bed, full-sized kitchen, laundry machine, roof-top pool, very close to the twin towers and shopping mall

water leaks from the laundry machine, only Netflix on TV, around ten minutes walk from the metro station

The location is convenient with lovely view of KLCC. Near to KLCC and next to W hotel. The house is spacious and clean. It’s a good deal and definitely value for money!

The check in process is not a smooth process. Took a while to figure it out . Will be better it could emphasize the check in process more clearly. The bathroom floor are marble tile and can be slippery, need to be cautious if the floor is wet.

Excellent apartments furnished stylishly and tastefully. Very clean with amazing views of the Petronas Towers. Also had access to the roof top infinity swimming pool. Able to take some lovely pictures.

We are take 3 apartments our all apartments we enjoy the best twin towers Klcc view.. Really we are like this place and we will come back again here next time.. The staff also very helpful. Very fast checking and checking out
