Location was great, the room is big enough and the check-in and out was easy

1- There was a bad smell in the bathroom from time to time 2- What really annoyed me, is that if you lost the room card key, they charge 60 Ringette, however, in other 5 stars hotels it's for free or a small fee. They should have informed me about this fine at the check-in

A new, clean hotel in a great location. It is on the 3rd floor of another, larger hotel (Maya). Finding it was a little confusing at first but we had great instructions from Raymond and our Grab driver took us there with no problems. You can buy a buffet breakfast through Maya for $8 and there was quite a good selection. I didn't use any of the facilities but my friend said the gym was quite good. Great location, just by Petronas Towers.

It seems as though it doesn't exist on Booking.com any more, so I may have wasted my time writing this review!

* Great location. You can literally see the Petronas towers from your window. Every shop or restaurant you could want is a walking distance. * Clean * Comfortable beds. Good hard matras. Friendly staff

* WIFI was generally good but did slow down sometimes. I bought a local sim so it didn't bother me too much. I can imagine if you don't have that it could lead to irritation.

it is clean, close to the Petronas

Location was fantastic, just a few minutes walk from PETRONAS towers. Really comfortable bed and very spacious room. The shower was probably the most powerful ever ever used in my life! Would stay here again if I'm in Kuala Lumpur.

To be really picky, the room cleaning services was between 4:30 and 7:30 which was a little annoying as this is the time of the day you are getting back and starting to get ready to go out for the night. But this is no big issue.

Clean and tidy, easy check-in.

Really loud, lower floor so close to noisy road and windows are not sound proof. Pool was REALLY cold, and in the shade so even on a hot day it's a little uncomfortable.

The welcome was fantastic and staff very caring. Hotel is near everything, if you're travelling alone it is safe there.

May be for the lights next to my room always dark when coming late at night but it was fine should change it and done. Room was clean overall

Great budget option very close to it all. Short walk to food, KLCC Suria mall, Petronus towers, & train. (KLCC Light Rail station is closest). Room outperformed my expectations. Friendly helpful staff. Comfy bed. Good shower and hot water. Safe, kettle etc.

Awful gross Lipton ‘yellow label’ tea bags! Undrinkable.

Very large, minimalist room with large HD Tv and comfortable beds. Great location walking distance to the PETRONAS towers. The breakfast is good and has vegetarian options.

There is mold in front of the sink where it meets the countertop. That needs to be treated/cleaned up. The floors in the room are very sticky.

There's no doubt about it - Alia screams value for money. It's essentially a hotel within a hotel, and while the amenities inside the room are simple, you are able to access the facilities (gym and pool) that Hotel Maya has to offer. What really stood out, though, was the level of service from reception. A special kudos to Raymond for checking me in at a later time, and going that extra step to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Without a doubt, will definitely keep this location in mind the next time I'm in KL.

The gym equipment was a bit dusty - I had to take one of the hand towels to wipe off the dust from the free weights. This feedback is geared towards Hotel Maya (instead of Alia) as they are the ones who manage the gym.
