Perfect hotel for families. Check in was quick, the lobby has a lot of seating areas and is very comfortable. My toddler loved the paradise trails. We wished the kids club was open though, because we only have the temporary one which was just a small room with very few toys. The staffs are all so friendly and smiley. Always available to help. Room service was fast as well. The elevators don’t have long waiting time even though it’s a busy hotel. We also loved the KLCC view! beautiful day to night. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices and plenty of seats. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. Blankets are very warm. This may sound silly but the airconds are good not too cold or too hot because I find some hotels are either too cold or too hot and cannot find the right temperature.

Location wise, it is not near to any grocery store within walkable distance. No 7Eleven within 5-10 mins walking distance. By taxi yes but accounting for KL’s traffic, it won’t be a quick trip. Drivers kept confusing the location with the Chinatown one as the city center branch don’t easily show up in the location selection for Grab etc. So for each trip we have to make sure the driver knows we are not going to the chinatown branch. There is not enough seats for the pool area. And I wish the toilets comes with a small bathtub. I also find it hard to adjust the shower’s temperature. Each adjustment makes the water cold and it takes a while for it to warm up.

One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic waterpark at the swimming pool, which my daughter absolutely loved! It provided endless hours of fun and entertainment, making our stay even more enjoyable.

While the amenities and service were exceptional, I must mention that for the price we paid, it would have been preferable if parking was complimentary. This is a minor inconvenience but worth noting for future guests.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Shima assisted us to check in our room early. All the staff including the securities always greeted us. Hotel is nice, clean and walking distance to KLCC and eateries. My kid loved the pool and playground. Great breakfast selection. Exceeded our expectations.

Expect the pool to be crowded during peak period.

Location of the Hotel is very strategic. Love the kids Friendly pool, our Kids Enjoyed it Soo much! We also look forward to the Breakfast Spread, Menus for Lunch/Dinner from The Mesh, LoVe it!! Hotel Deco & Design very Nice, Modern & Comfortable. We sure to come back again for More when we have the time. Once again, Thanks sooo much for Everything, we shall see ya again next time. So Far, There's Nothing that we don't like. We Even were Given Great Surprises which made our Day!

Staff were really good, very helpful! Restaurant downstairs was really nice as well. The pool was amazing. Both me and my toddler loved the kids section.

Room wasn't cleaned properly every day. Some days water wasn't replaced, other supplies not replaced. Even had towels not been replaced. Bed half made on one of the days too. Don't expect that if we are paying so much for the room every day. Location wasn't great. Had great view from the room but not a lot of food, shopping options around. I had a baby with stroller- the streets not stroller friendly. Even the train station didn't have lift all the way up. Had to get grab everywhere we went but hard to get one back.

-the hotel is very big, looks very fancy from outside -i wish the direction to the parking would be a lot clear -receptionist was very friendly -the room was very nice, clean, amazing view -amazing breakfast set! -all the staffs are very very professional, friendly - amazing work -amazing waterpark -i can tell the swimming pool guards really are keeping a watchful eye on the safety of the ppl - thanks!

-i wish the direction to the parking would be a lot clear -the tv volume limit is to 30 which is extremely low-i think they should increase the limit -wish there's bathtub in the toilet -i saw bellhop was helping ppl with their bags but no one offered with ours-im not sure we should ask for it, or it's just offered -would be nice if there is a table for us to get some advice on what nearby place there are, what place we can visit, bus schedule -amazing selections of breakfast but its the Same menu for the 3 days we stayed-they should change it a bit- at least make it different varieties on weekends -increase number of free floats in the pool because there were only like 4

breakfast was really out of standing !!! A shame for such hotel standard.... Limited western food choices and really really cheap products taste !!! Nothing is tasty at breakfast.... juice are TOO much sweet even for children, fruits without taste, cakes not good, pastries dry and not fresh.... beef and. chicken sausage No tasty..... In fine that hotel is great only because of. his facilities and location.... breakfast is really poor of taste for a Sheraton hotel branch !!

We had a great experience staying at the Four Points by Sheraton hotel. The location is fantastic, with many attractions within walking distance. The service at the hotel was excellent. Due to a canceled flight, we arrived a day late and had to cancel our first night. The hotel staff was very understanding of our situation and accommodated us accordingly, which we greatly appreciated. Although we were only able to stay for one night because of our late arrival, the service we received was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent hospitality and convenient location.

The room we had was the family suite room. It met our needs. It has two bath rooms :) The breakfast was great and had good variety of options. Most lovely thing in the hotel is the swimming pool, it is big, family friendly, and has amazing water slides for such a place. Location of the hotel is amazing and close to most of vital places.

I wished to have a room with a view on the twin towers. I asked for that to confirm in the booking messages, and the reply confirmed that. Also during check-in, the front desk staff confirmed that too. But I was disappointed when I entered the room and discovered that it is on the other side of the area. I contacted the front desk and they replied that all family rooms are in the other side view (not the twin towers view), therefore I kept our option.

The ambience of the hotel was top notch, very safe for couples and family. The staff were super friendly and very courteous .Their swimming pool was awesome and their restaurants were also good. The location had easy access to Mono rail , metro and cabs were also easily available.

The room service in the hotel was very limited and time restricted, Especially for a bigger hotel with lots of tourists in and out the restaurants had strict timing and their were no options for late night food and snacks, Even the room service was closed by 11 pm which was very s
