The rooms are clean. Swimming pool is awesome

Need to contact the staff to checkin in advance cuz it requires access from lobby to the suites. The swimming pools close several minutes before 10pm and wont let us in at 9:55pm for taking photos only, but openning hours claims end with 10pm

New building, clean and tidy, spacious apartment, everything new.

Noise. We were unlucky to have very noisy neighbors, their kids were very noisy - running around screaming until 2 a.m. Very low noise protection.

Spacious and clean room. Netflix was also available

To check in, you have to go to level 32 and it wasn’t mentioned anywhere

The hotel ( rooms included ) is amazing

Some people of the staff don’t meet the standards of high rated hotel. Security guy from the pool is not friendly at all. The day receptionist was very good but the night shift one was not. I also received my plates at the restaurant and then nobody came to ask for water, extras, bill… I wanted to reorder but nobody came so I stand up, payed , and left

the 3bedroom unit is very nice, very clean and very big.

i like to suggest that put more chair for swimming pool area. and put the towel in swimming pool area for comptable.

Very spacious and nice decor. The kitchen has microwave, washing machine, coway water dispenser, electric cooker a d refrigerator. The pool on the level 52 has nice view

The checking in instruction not clear. I park my car at basemet before checkin. i had to pay RM20 parking for few minutes parking. Should write park outside and due checkin parking card will be issued

It was not exactly a hotel, so some services were not part of the stay and were chargeable otherwise

the staffs are so nice and helpful. when i need help, all i need to do is texting them in the whatsapp group, and their speedy responses are very impressive! everything are so on point. would love to stay here again!

No breakfast

Long time waited for room but as we left late we had a room to taken a shower and refresh for free
