the location is amazing! it’s so central & you can see the petrona towers from the balcony. the apartment is great and it has two shops and a restaurant and loads around it.

the entry into the apartments is slightly annoying as you can only use 2 cards to get in & out off this is the only thing and the air con in the bedroom was leaking after being on for a few hours.

It's one apartment this is the most beautiful room with everything on it u got personal sofa,tv, refrigerator, personal dinning overall experience on the room good though booking.com has to change its for a day book not for 6 hrs book if you are doing then mention it clear

They didn't give me early check-in and first time I booked a 6hr.hotel.room i never know this type of booking are there.BOOKING.COM didn't mention on top that you are booking for 6 hrs after arriving there then I know I booked for 6 hrs this is very bad experience again the staffs Also told this type booking comes only from booking.com.Its so bad to reach a new country and have to book again a new hotel though you paid for a hotel.

The apartment is cozy and the Summer Suites complex overall is a great place to stay - modern, secure, there are grocery stores and a cafe at the lobby. The elevators are clean and really fast (you wont get that in all residential buildings in KL). Plus, the area around is pedestrian friendly, so you can easily walk to some of the main spots of KL

Didn't like the shower. No hand soap provided. Couldn't find any international channels on TV.

The room was clean, lighting was good. It was comfortable and spacious. Check in was easy even though it was a last minute booking. Instructions were clear. View was great from our apartment.

The kitchen could be a bit more well equip. Although a pan, and a pot was there, there was no kitchen knife.

My room located near to the pool at level 11. Centrally located in KL and walking distance to lots of attraction in KL. Quite near to KLCC & also Bukit Bintang & also KL tower + Bukit Nanas. Monorail just nearby with the apartment.

Very complicated to enter and exit. Scanning in at barriers didn’t always work and this was very inconvenient.

The studio was very spacious, overall looked clean, had a balcony with a view, other facilities in the building were great to have, such as pool, fitness room, two convenience stores, a cafe, a nail and a hair salon. The location is good, close to Bukit Nanas monorail station and close to KLCC. Also the reception staff was very friendly and accommodating, making checking in checkout a smooth process.

The bathroom needs an update and TV remotes should have some instructions, cause I couldn't get it to work.

The location was amazing and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The in-house convenience store and grocery store offer a great variety so everything can be easily bought if needed. The kitchen was nice and had everything needed to cook.

The bed was two single mattresses put together so sadly there was a very hard connecting part in the middle which was pretty uncomfortable. Besides that, everything was great!
