This is centrally located clean apartment with kitchen and pool facilities. Overall it was good place to stay.

The only drawback was the bed which was very small and not very comfortable. It looked like a sofa bed instead of proper bed.

the service was 10/10, as the manager and staff could not have been more helpful, allowing an early check in, sorting out a couple of admin issues re mistakes I’d made during booking, ordering a taxi for us & making sure it arrived. The property is a good size and well equipped for a short stay. The pool was great. The security was good, and there’s a useful mini mart on the ground floor as well as a coffee cart & small cafe.

The bathroom could do with a refresh although it was very clean.

it was a nice apartment where we felt like home. Great internet, Netflix, kitchen we could cooked in, washing machine, good AC and hot water in the shower. We had access to the pool and gym and could play snooker for MYR 5. Downstairs there are two markets. Apartment is located close to MRT

some things are quite used and need replacement (I.e. shower curtain) and we had lot of small ants in the kitchen and in the sugar

Very bright, spacious, modern studio apartment with washing machine. Pool facilities are nice. Mini mart, cafe, and coffee cart on the ground floor of the block are handy. Short walk from decent restaurants. Handy for public transport, and very central.

Depending on the time of arrival, it could be a wrangle to get the keys, as it depends on a staff member being available. While we didn’t have to wait an inordinate length of time, when you’ve travelled a distance and are a bit jet lagged, it’s not ideal. Separate towels for the pool would have been nice.

I booked this hotel after reading all the reviews on Booking and I had a great 4 nights in this hotel, everything is great and the staff are very helpful, the best thing about this hotel is my friend Sasfin, as soon as I need him he shows up right away and he gave me a good discount for the next booking a few days after my current booking. When I come back here I will definitely book this beautiful place.

Place near of everything and its quite place you hear any noice when you deside to sleep

The staff. Especially Mr Sojib, who was constantly smiling, were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for him. I had a couple of small issues with my first apartment and was immediately moved to another. My apartment was clean and bright with everything I needed. Facilities at the complex are great. There's a cafe, 2 shops, a hairdresser and a beauty salon. Plenty of lifts so you're never waiting long.

I loved it all. Everywhere is accessible in a cheap grab. Little tip.. On checking out be 15 mins earlier than needed as staff will need to check your apartment. I didn't do this and had to get Mr Sojib out of bed to get my deposit back and make sure I got to my flight. I felt bad as this was my fault but he was still smiling 😊

The location was within walking distance to may attractions. The building has a spacious gym and food stores at adequate prices. The studio was comfortable, had Netflix and a small euro kitchen, washing machine. Initially I had a few issues with some appliances but they were soon felt with with a quick replacement.

The entry key tag was annoying to use but served good for security purposes. The check in felt bit dodgy having to meet in the lobby and pay. The shower was cold.

Location, Bed comfy. Quick Checkin.

Quicker responses from staff. Can keep luggage in their office even before and after the stay. Nice room with high speed internet. All amenities available like home. Walking distance to Petronas Twin Towers. Having water purifier, hot water kettle and washing machine with dryer within the room. Highly recommended for families too💯

The communication from the property manager was amazing. Very prompt responses and genuinely worked hard to make everything perfect. We had been staying in Vortex and I wish we had booked here sooner. Everything about it was great, the pool, the lobby, the room. We needed to check out really early and on a holiday and it was all done so smoothly. We will definitely be back
