wonderful location easy to walk into the main centre. the lounge area is lovely and en suite bathroom and changing area very nice. good quality toiletries. best thing was the super comfortable beds. also nice views of the city.

Location was good though "Sfera" does not show up on grab app. Bookings had to be done as 'Crest" which is across from Sfera. Two very good supermarkets located in the next building. Room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the linen i.e. bedsheets, pillows were super comfortable. I had very good and relaxing sleep.

The bathroom had a constant leak which after reporting still was not solved. Kitchen table top/dining table/Fridge was not so clean. it needs a thorough clean up. There was no toaster available. There was no safe in the room. IT IS IMPORTANT TO EQUIP THE ROOM WITH A SAFE.

The location is amazing, very close to the monorail station and everything downtown so a 15 minute drive and you could reach everywhere. Also the room itself is spacious and clean and has lots of facilities. Check out and check in are a breeze

The location on google maps was inaccurate so I recommend using Fraser Residence 188 suites to get there. Housekeeping sometimes skipped cleaning the room but they provide you with a whatsapp number so once you ask for anything it gets done. Also no restaurant or cafe on the premises but there is one and a supermarket in the building right next to it

Worn out furniture's cushions and dirty in places. TV doesn't carry enough channels to view, which would be preferred for people preferring longer stay. Definitely need a breakfast buffet restaurant for such a lovely suites

Enormous room with enormous bathroom and kitchen. Enormous bathtub (after year in Japan and their miniscule bathtubs this is refreshing!). Very polite staff.

As many things in Malaysia, on the surface everything looks great, but when you look at detail you will get disappointed. The room was never perfect clear (you could see spots that probably haven't been cleaned for years) and like many buildings in Malaysia, it was poorly maintained so it doesn't look like fresh and new. But from my observations, this is standard in Malaysia.

bed - super comfy and large large room and bathroom... and it's all super clean lovely balcony elevators were super fast pool was almost always empty and lovely for swimming super close to lots of local yummy, cheap food stalls transportation - easy walk to monorail - (Bukit Nanas station) which is connected to KLIAS airport rail line (connected at KL Sentral station) & Batu Caves via another monorail line going north

kitchen - lovely idea and the reason we booked... but cook top/burners didn't work at all... but fridge was useful internet - didn't work at all at times... which is crazy inconvenient if you have meetings for work in other parts of the world and there is no where to go at night to get free wifi pool was showing it's age... a lovely facility, but needs a lot of fixing up... but still works, is clean and big - great for kids the nearby mosque is a tad loud with it's call to prayer

This is my 3rd time staying at sfera residence (or previously known as fraser residence). It is a comfortable place to stay with amenities. This time, I got a room with balcony facing the swimming pool instead of the graveyard ^^; The staffs are very accomodating despite some of them are new to the place.

Being here 3 times, and each time, I would be having trouble with the dryer machine (it just wouldn't dry my clothes). Hope this is something that the management will do a weekly/monthly maintenance checkup on the machines. Sad to say, I will need to ask for room clean up each time after I have checked in and the housekeeping service is only till 5 or 6pm. So, I will have to wait for the cleaning service the next day since I often check in a bit later than 3pm. However, the housekeeping staff will clean and mop the room really fast :)9

Location ansd spacious

They shoud put the Sfera name in front.or at the main road not at the lobby only.Difficult to look for Sfera in grab also until i ask the admin we should look for 188 Suites Fraser Residence instead of Sfera Residence name.

Very Spacious If ur bringing Family

The Property is very Difficult to Be found by grab So It was been cancel So many Times and cause lateness to airport So to make sure to start your journey very early , also Be prepared The Apartment has no reliable service ! The staff is never around

Rooms are large and very comfortable. Location is great and near many attractions especially the twin tower. The hop on and off bus station is also near

None. the place met my expectations is every way.
