blown away really nice location - 15 mins walk away from twin towers and 5 min walk from metro where you can get to burkit bintang for around 50p and other areas really good room - double twin room really nice massive comfy beds, all the amenities, big bathroom, great shower. We were travelling and stayed in 5 places by far the nicest infinity pool on rooftop was stunning such good photo ops as can see whole city - also lots of sunbeds to relax on staff helpful too stored luggage on last day

no breakfast provided but the breakfast at the hotel is run by another chain and is very expensive just walk into city and get much more reasonable - nice cafe in the mall in the twin towers for example

I came to KL for couple of days and wanted to have a pool with a view on Petronas towers. This hotel suited me very well. The room was specious and clean. Style interior. A working place was there. The staff was polite and helpful, communication was top notch. The best thing about this hotel is an infinity pool on the top floor with an amazing view on KL.

I was a bit surprised that you have to leave about 110$ as a security deposit upon your arrival. I only found it out after I’ve booked the hotel. Turned out, it was mentioned in the house rules but I’ve just scrolled it through, since they’re usually the same from hotel to hotel. The hotel looks luxurious but there’s no restaurant in it. Pretty inconvenient in the morning, when you just need a breakfast. The pool is a bit… empty. It would be nice to have some bar there, maybe some music, some feeling of life in general, but it’s just pool.

We stayed in this building 3 times before, loved the infinity pool, i think it has the best view, that's why we chose to stay here again and was not disappointed. The room is very big, nicely decorated, you can see KL Tower and Merdeka building from the window, the bed is comfortable bathroom is huge with two sinks, bath and shower. AC & Wi-fi work well. If you want clean towels or cleaning, i believe you have to ask, it's easy to communicate via WhatsApp. We didn't need it. We enjoyed our stay and we'll be back next time when in Kuala Lumpur. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful infinity pool, very helpful staff, everyone was very kind. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Only 1 towel per person, no extra pool towels

Location is great. 30 min walking to the main sights of KL The pool probably has the best view of all the rooftops in KL! But it is extremely crowded with full of Japanese and South Korean “influencers” There is no fee to access the pool which is highly appreciated.

It is a building with more than 50 floors so the lifts can take a while ( there is 4) Deposit of 500 RM or 100 euro. But it seems there is too many rules. Your money it’s in jeopardy for the whole duration of your stay so you need to be careful and take good care of the room (also they charge if there is some stains in the bed sheets) which was not my case! But it is in the rules.

Location - It's a very central property with many stores nearby and shopping malls. The Petronas Towers is a mere 5-10 minute walk. I recommend you buy an umbrella as it is extremely hot! It is right next to a train station Bukit Nanas. Room - Wow! It's a large and comfortable space! No complaints. Just check that you have all the cutlery and crockery when you check in and inform them on the WhatsApp group - They are very helpful if anything is missing. How to get to the hotel from the airport: - Take the KL Express to KL Sentral (the mall) - Take the Monorail (greenline) from the mall to Bukit Nanas. - The Platinum Suites are across the road from the platform next to the Renaissance Hotel

The reception is a bit chaotic. There's no clear indication of which counter you must check-in at. (Go to your left) The number of luggage that is stored behind all the reception desks makes the check-in side look very messy and untidy.

They take quite a high deposit from a rental. RM500. The hotel normally takes a deposit of just RM200 to RM250.

The room was big and clean. It was quiet. Mattress can be a little softer, but I guess some people like it that. They have the shampoo but no hair conditioner so ladies, guess you have to bring them. They brought up our luggage because we left it at the counter before check in time. They allowed you to leave your luggage early in the morning, and you can also leave your things at reception after you check out. The monorail is only 4 minutes walk but no food place nearby so you need to travel via cars or public transport.

They have only one pair of sleepers for two guests. The pool requires you to bring your own towel so you have to use the ones in your room. I contacted the receptionist, and they answered my text quickly but they didn't bring us any towels. Our towels were wet from swimming but likely we brought our own hiking towels. 😅 So be careful if you only have one set of towels. One more thing, they charge 500 rm for bond and it will take 2 weeks to refund IF there is no complications from your bank. If you don't have that type of money to hang around, then I suggest you don't. I am still waiting for my refund.

Hotel is in good location and always busy. Loved the open pool (at level 51). Room is clean. Frontdesk team is always available and ready to help. Prime location and easy for Grab drivers to arrive. Also near the train station.

Waiting time for lift is too much as there are only few lifts for all the floors and rooms. So you will have to rush into lift to get the space. They could have provided Safe box to keep valuables (like passports) which is missing.

Check in was very easy and simple. The property is beautiful and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The place looks exactly like the pictures. The staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. The pool was stunning and the views from the pool were even more amazing. We loved our time there. The location was ideal for us. We mostly walked everywhere. It was not too far and getting a grab was easy if we couldn't walk somewhere.

For us it was not a big problem but the wait for the lifts can be a bit long if it is a busy pertiod.
