It was fine this time,hope that I get some similar as this unit.

The cooking pot looks old n too small for noodles or some other food.its rusty n need a change.satelite TV it's not acknowledge to remote controller,batteries in remote not acknowledge AC,need to check theeTV n AC connections.the kettle need to change its lever no connection to heat,host shud check n upgrade those items.Then guest can feel the extra mile to give 10s to kuminshu mercu summer suites.

Best bed in 2 months. I pulled my back 2 weeks ago and wake up stiff and sore each morning. Not this morning. I'd have nabbed the mattress but I'm travelling light :) The apartment seems well sound-proofed from what I experienced.

Malaysia's fascination with paramilitary uniforms on full display here: Sam Brownes, spats, berets and cap badges galore (no six-shooters though). Whatever their job title, they are no substitute for trained hospitality staff. They have next to no English and unfortunately, in this case, the clothes maketh the man :)

I loved the place so much, it was more spacious than anticipated, and had amazing amenities. Used the gym, pool, and bought food/coffee from the supermarkets and cafe downstairs daily. I had a lot of work to do so the fast wifi was very much appreciated. It's also close to the MRT and LRT stations if you need to get somewhere, though walking on foot itself will take you to the picturesque parts of KL. I loved the washer dryer combo as I could wash my clothes in one hour. Place was moreover cozy and I loved the fairy lights by the bed, quiet fridge and modern kitchen appliances were a bonus. Security was excellent and host Minshuku was responsive and granted me a late check out by 1 hour. I'm definitely coming back to stay again.

Host Faruk was waiting at thee lobby for thee guest,it was quick issuing of keys n show to thee apartment,very nicely arranged on the key with names n booking numbers on every keys,helpfull immediately check in after collecting thee deposits of MYR100,from every guest.lets take rest.

It was all alright for me,one thing is thee minimal is congested with squeeze if there's lots of customers,n wait for your turn in a long queue. let's take it..let's sleep with it,n let's be happy about it.Gud Dai moke!!

Great spacious apartment in the vicinity of KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers. Short walk away from Dang Wangi LRT Station, and Bukit Nanas Monorail Station. Good communication and easy to collect keys from host. Apartment was clean and comfortable with a decent amount of facilities. The Mercu Summer Suites tower has a couple of shops on the ground floor and was easy to arrange pick ups by Grab taxis. Entry to the apartments and lifts were well patrolled by security. For a three night stay in KL, I would highly recommend.

Nothing really. The apartment was on the 25th floor so not great for someone like me with a fear of heights, but managed to stay away from the window :-)

Everything is perfect! The location is very near to train stations and there are shops, atms, and money exchange downstairs. Petronas tower is less than 10 mins walk. The place we stayed at is clean and all the appliances works. We even get to do laundry since we did swim on the pool which is very convenient. They have a gym and a pool. The view from our room is perfect! Wifi is also fast. The staff is very accommodating. The surrounding area is safe. This place made our trip in Malaysia perfect and the most important thing is that it’s very affordable!

Sometimes the card needs to be swiped a couple of times before their machines detects it but after a couple of tries, we kind of got the hang of it.

Not that Easy,But only Because I had No Sim card for Malaysia, Faruk the Guy we Got the Keys from, Looked after us very well, It was Only the Staff at reception for Hotel side, that wear Very Rude and NOT Helpful at All, Only wanted to Play on there Phone, and Obviously Customers Like us are only an Inconvenionce to them. I will be Back, But Only Because Feruk was a Perfect Host and Got Everything we wanted.

I liked everything about this place. The location is good, very close to Petronas, and with some grocery stores in the building, which was convenient to buy a breakfast or anything. We made a small mistake in our reservation and we were allowed to change it for free , which we appreciated very much. Our room was prepared fast, and it was clean and comfortable. We had a washing machine available, with drying option, which is so useful when you have already spent some time backpacking. They have an option to store your luggage for free, if you have to spend some time in the city after the check out hours. Overall, I would totally recommend this place.

Everything was good. If I have to mention something, the light wasn't working in the room, but we spent more time in the living room watching TV anyway. Everything else was functional and cozy. Bear in mind that you should bring an adapter, or they can lend one to you.

Everything was absolutely perfect for our 3 night stay! Faruk was brilliant. No issues checking in. We rang him on arrival and he was in the lobby at the time of our arrival. Note that these are privately rented apartments so there is no check in desk like a normal hotel if this is something you aren’t comfortable with. The apartment was better than what we imagined. So spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean. The kitchen was well equipped (apart from a bottle opener lol) The bathroom was good with good pressure from the shower. Building is very safe and secure needing the key card to access the entry to the lift and in the lift to access the main apartment complex. We were provided 2 key cards on arrival which was perfect for us. Grab drivers we’re able to find the location easily. There are 2 shops, one cafe and a coffee bar located on the ground floor by the front doors which is perfect for essentials. We used the washing machine which was perfect and so handy, there was a drying rack on the balcony which made drying our clothes so easy. Within walking distance (15/20 minutes to the Petrona Towers) Couldn’t recommend this place enough especially for the price. We notified Faruk the night before our check out date that we had to check out early as we had a 10am flight to Langkawi and he kindly returned our deposit (100MR) the night before and showed us his security box for returning the key the morning of.
