Host was very responsive and nice, arrival and collecting the keys was no stress at all even though I landed late. The building was modern and very safe, good location, a quick Grab ride from KL Sentral or Petronas Twin Towers. I really liked that there were two grocery shops downstairs in the building opened until midnight and they were very well equipped, easy to buy a breakfast for next day when you arrive. I didn’t use the kitchen but it was well equipped, was just lacking coffee/tea. The view from the balcony was nice. Bed very comfy. Good wifi. Bathroom could use some modernising, it looked quite old and hot shower mechanism was acting out a bit. It was very clean but wasn’t giving “very clean vibe” just due to its age and weak light. There was some nice touch in the room - plants, nice paintings on the wall; but also some little things that could be changed like old rubbish bins (see the photos). It could be easily fixed and then it would be perfect. Overall, I would stay again - the price was good in comparison to other places and I did have everything I needed.

Communication from the start was quite easy via whatsapp. I met the host when I arrived and had a room given to me right away as a room was ready. I was upgraded which was a nice gesture as that does not always happen. From entering the one bedroom I could see it was very clean. The host showed me the facilities, where the lights were, how to use the TV, washing machine etc. I gave my deposit in the form of foreign cash and it was returned to me on check-out. Fidge, TV, small microwave etc. everything was in working order. Bed and linens clean. Bed was a good fit for me but could be an issue for someone taller than 5'10. Ample hot water in the shower but no glass separating the shower but at least it was not right over the toilet. The kitchen is equipped with limited utensils but enough for personal use. TV was a smart TV which was great and wifi worked well. Only suggestions would be to have a larger pan and to make sure that cleaning is done under the sofa cushions. pool is on the 11th floor. Very nice pool with limited lounge chairs and surrounded by skyscrapers so little sunlight which may not be bad in KL where the heat can be oppressive. No real food options nearby. Supermarket and coffe shop in the building.

The location is perfect ! The way to Petronas tooks only +-15 min walk. The owner is Kind , friendly and helpful. Always was in contact. Everything what you want to add to room ( some plates/plugs/etc) he immediately bring to you. Good stay , safe, good sound protection. View is amazing. Swimming pool in the shadow, but I didn’t use it . Downstairs have a cafe and small shop. Price a bit higher but is very easy if you wanna get something and to not go out. 5-7min walk to a nearest monorail train station Bukit Nanas , and station with a Red line as well. Hope to back here again. 👍🏼🌹

If have Some shower caps would be great😉 Only the pillow was not too much comfy, too high. But is only up to me. I use flat ones. After I might massage my neck to recover.

I arrive to the building without internet conection and I asked in the lobby and security to call to person who rent the apartment just to say I was there but they didnt want to help me. They were pretty rude.

Host saifur was so fiendly and warmhearted, our flight delayed so we arrive early in the morning but saifur wait for us with patient and help us to check in. The location is very good, 15 min walk from twins tower. 2 convenience stores downstairs.

The access card for lobby doesn’t work sometimes, you have to try several times.

Smooth check-in process - The building is really cool, with restaurants & grocery store at the ground level, very convenient - The apartment was really nice, great views. Furniture is aging a little bit but really not an issue - TV, netflix worked well I've looked at many other properties in the vicinity, and I think this is probably the best price/quality ratio.

Perfect location, very tidy apartment, host Faruk was very helpfull when needed.

This did not bother me, but for a light sleeper this may be a bit noisy due to the trafic and the mosque.

I highly recommend this place. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I valued the separate bedroom and the comprehensive kitchen facilities, including a washing machine. The balcony was a great feature, complete with a drying rack. The iron and umbrella provided were much appreciated. The staff were consistently polite and efficient. The hotel's location is outstanding, providing unparalleled access to cafes, a 7-Eleven, the Petronas Towers, and all major attractions within walking distance. My overall satisfaction was exceptional, and I intend to book again in the future.
