The hotel is beautiful. It is new, modern and amazing designed. I like the combination of the modernity with the asian touches. The room spacious, it was an actual suite, with a modern kitchen, bathroom and lounge area. Big comfortable bed. The location is perfect, a grocery shop just next to the hotel, Petronas Towers in a walking distance, restaurants close by. The pool on the 51st floor is a high light, it has amazing view at the city and the Petronas Towers. Definitely an instagram worth pics.

The pool is amazing but there are not enough sun beds, so you get one if you are lucky. Other than that, everthing was perfect.

The location is very ideal with a monorail just 5mins walk. The room was well maintained and very very clean, the view from the pool was awesome. The staffs were very courteous, especially an intern by the the name Imran who was very pleasant and helpful. The check in and checkout was fast and smooth and the staffs there are very courteous.

During peak hours , a Q line or staff to direct the crowd taking the lift.

the Reception team and the concierge service was super good, Good job to them Mr Amirul & Mr Imran. The Free Parking was very helpful as well.

The Room cleaning service was not up to my expectation. Called the housekeeping for 2nd round cleaning as the carpet floors are still dirty and the table are not wiped clean.

We have stayed at the Face Style 4 different times now and we have loved our stay every single time. It's in a prime location with so many things to do that are within walking distance. And driving/taxi distance as well. The hotel staff are some of the best, nicest, and most professional staff we have had the pleasure of interacting with at any hotel. For this stay specifically Wanyin who was one of the front desk hotel staff that I interacted with the most was amazing. She was so friendly, kind, helpful, and professional. The hotel itself is incredibly clean, up to date, and beautiful. Any room you get will have a nice view of the city. The rooms are a reasonable price, very spacious and come with nice amenities. The cleaning staff are very quick and efficient and they are consistent with keeping the property and grounds clean very well. We always stay for a week and cleaning crew kept our room clean consistently each day. The infinity pool up top is awesome as well. And the view from the top of the building is gorgeous. We haven't tried the Michelin star restaurant at the Face Style yet, but we will next time we are here. All in all every time we stay here we love and enjoy our experience every single time.

The only thing we have consistently not enjoyed at the Face Style is the breakfast. There is a breakfast buffet in the lobby. And it's a solid 3/5. Pretty mid. Nothing amazing or special to write home about. We tend to skip adding breakfast to our stay every time cause it's honestly not worth it. You can find a wide variety of breakfast restaurants and spots all around the city that are pretty close to Face Style, so adding breakfast for your stay until the menu is improved/tastes better isn't exactly worth it. The breakfast buffet is very well kept and clean. The food is stored and presented at the appropriate temperature. But the food is just very bland.

The location is perfect with a lot of the Landmarks within walking range. The room size is great and the room is very clean. Elevators are very very quick and waiting times are low. The rooftop swimming pool is great with the best view of the hotel but more a gimmick then that you can really swim relaxed as a lot of people just are there to make pictures . The beds are comfortable but with a with of 1.5m not very big for 2 adults

The light which comes under the door at night, a brush under the door would make this room even better and the beds are on the small side for 2 adults (+/-1.5m wide)

Not that I don't like, but if the breakfast buffet have more variety choices of food that may more great.
