Thankfully we coordinated with the caretaker the time and place to meet to collect the keys. Otherwise, you will be clueless, as the lobby area is very busy with other guests and cars dropping off/picking up, and you need to get clear instruction on how and where to park our car in the building. As a first-timer, it can be quite tricky. The pool and view from the Skydeck is superb!

It would be easier if we could just present ourselves and collect the key at the reception or mailbox. The swimming pool was crowded, probably because of the full occupancy in the building. We decided to skip the pool because there are just too many people and not enough space. We only got a partial view of Kampung Bharu and the AKLEH highway. The noise from the cars and bikes running through the highway can be heard throughout the night, not ideal for light sleeper.

I'm very frustrated regarding the swimming pool because during this event I brought all my kids to experience swimming with a high swimming pool level at a very high building and want to experience the night view of Kuala Lumpur within the swimming pool location, but sadly to say during my stay at this apartment the swimming poll was temporarily closed I don't know what is the reason. during my online booking, the swimming pool is open when I was there already the swimming pool is temporarily closed. dear property owner next time if the swimming pool is closed please mention it on the online booking so that all people know whether they want to book it or not.

The host and staff are fantastic, and the hotel is extremely nice and comfy. Excellent position, close to the twin towers and main retail malls.

The pool was closed at 22:00. We suggest extending the time to 00:00. That will be good.

I booked face suites by platinum for 12 august to 26 august 2023 and right from the word go our host Asif and Sam Sir were very kind and co operative . They even have detergent capsules and washing machine facilities in their condominium and wifi and big bath tub to relax and many other facilities . Whatever I asked them they were able to provide and did their best. Bukit Nana's and dang wangi metro lines also are nearby so it was pleasant experience .even house keeping services were fabulous and we can watch new movies on their cable All in all a very relaxing experience at Face suites by platinum and hats off to the staff and Sam and Asif My family was very happy Hope you will continue the good work

My airlines postponed dates of travel so they charged me more money than my previous booking for change of dates

Take few minutes to get to Suria KLCC and Aquaria using Grab. Easy check-in and check out process.

Confused with building layout. Two different block A and B is new building while Block C and D is located next to it. Spent nearly 30 minute to find the correct lift. From pool view can see KL Tower clearly but not so KLCC view being blocked by new building.

The apartment was great - it’s a good size and clean. Location is good - walking distance to Petronis Twin Towers. The pool is fantastic and the bar on Level 51 also is awesome. Sam is responsive and helpful to any questions and requests.

It would have been good to have some tourist info in the room, e.g. closest convention store, closest bus & train station, restaurants etc to help understand the area. The staff in the hotel are not attached to the apartment so will not help. The tiles outside the pool are extremely slippery so just be careful.

Good location, good building

No Cleaning. No cleaning even after 3 days, until unless requested ! We requested to change towels, we got. No room cleaning in our stay ! I mentioned that on the check out day. Then Mr.Asif told us ‘the system works like Airbnb. I think I didn’t book for Airbnb type for this COST! It is a motel in prime location, the customer shouldn’t request for regular cleaning or towel change. The money we spent was not at all cheap. We expected better room service. Other than that location wise it was good. Thanks for listening.

- High ceilings, spacious room - It's an apartment where you have everything you need - Overal good, with al lot of working points - Pretty Quiet room, not much noise from inside the building

- The room, as well the whole building is in need of maintenance. This kind of building needs an all year technician renovation and maintaining. This once was a luxurious apartment, now still ok but nothing more than ok. - The hot/cold water machine is nice, but the cold is not working. - Very nice pool at the top floor, but see my first point

Please keep the pool clean. Theres many MALAYSIAN who staycation let Thier kids pass urine on the pool just Infront of the pool. Not even had Thier shower and they jumped in the pool. Some Malaysian guys even wearing Thier SLEEPING UNDERWEAR. AND That's SO DISGUSTING. WE WILL COME BACK FOR THE APARTMENT FOR SURE. COZ ITS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY. BUT WE WILL STAY AWAY FROM THE POOL. POOL SWIMING SECURITY GUARD NEVER DID HIS JOB THAT GOOD. TOLD HIM ABOUT THE INCIDENT.

This is a fantastic location. Right in the city centre with an amazing view. Lots of cool things to do for families within walking distance distance like the Petronas Towers, the aquarium and the Museum of Illusions. We had a hire car so spent some time driving in and out and some on foot and both were easy. Checkin staff were very helpful and the pool is gorgeous.
