Love every bit of our accommodation at the Platinum Suites . One room apartment with laundry facility in the room, the Gym and Infinity pool on the 51st floor, we manage to score pool towels which is not normally available for platinum Guests, Lots of local convenience stores at the entrance to the building, less than 300 meter walk to the main shopping strip , less than10-15 minutes walk to Jalan Alor food street. Our check in was easy as we were in constance communication with Mr Jhon host, he greeted us at 5am. In our room within 10 mins of arrival. And check out was just as easy and on time, as long as you communicate with your host. Highly recommended.

New and cozy apartments. The host, jhon is very friendly, attentive and professional. It’s located in a good location just10 minutes walk to pavilion shopping mall and many restaurants and shops. The infinity swimming pool on floor 51st floor is nice with a city view.

Quick and easy check-in, spacious apartment, clean, comfy bed, hot shower, lots of storage space, great views, multiple and quiet air conditioners, spectacular rooftop pool and views, nice lobby, within walking distance of a mall.

Bathroom toilet or sprayer was leaking and pooling water on floor. Only 4 hangers in closet. TV wasn’t user-friendly and no instructions on how to work. Couch bare, no cushions. Bare minimum in kitchen. Place lacked charm and soul, as did host. Very cookie cutter. A good first stop for me. Of note, I arrived late and had dinner at the rooftop lounge. I figured steamed rice and chicken sate were a safe bet, boy was I wrong. Literally one of the worst meals I’ve ever eaten. Totally flavorless, including the peanut sauce. Jeezus! Recommend Grab delivery if nearby mall/restaurants are closed.

The property was located in a good place and the facilities were good. the person who came to handover the key to us was horrible. He had zero customer care. Didn't care about our inputs at all. he left initially without giving the key and ultimately we had to get key from someone else.

The host, he was horrible and useless.

Spacious with amazing view in a good location

The pool had many little children till late despite the fact that there were numerous rules about disturbance etc. Worst part was the existence of many ants everywhere (even some in our bed) but also a cockroach.

Location of the property was close by to the suria mall and petronas towers as well as having street food right in front of the suites

The mattress was as hard as a rock, the shower was not clean at all, mold were found on the bottom corners of the showers. Quilt had stains on it. The elevator was always blocked by people or had soaking wet floor as the apartment was on level 9 and the staff at the reception are rude rather than being polite

This is a scam. The property agent was not reachable. The Booking customer service was bullshit, multiple calls and messages sent without any response.
