Very convenient location! Easy to get rides, rides arrive within 5 mins. House was very spacious and has cooking amenities and washer/dryer. Whole place was very well ventilated and cool. The 2 rooms were huge and comfy. Toilet was huge as well just no bath tub :/

Collection of property keys was not provided over the counter, no instructions given to collect the keys. Had to message the host directly instead and sent someone to bring us up to the room. Cooking utensils not induction friendly for induction stove. Lift waiting times was super bad around 9am and 12pm. do checkout at least half an hour earlier to avoid the rush hour. Book taxi rides only when u reach the lobby

Good locations, just 800 m from Petronas towers. Nice view from apartment and from roof pool.

Our apartment needs proper cleaning, I think under the bed no one had ever cleaned (dust, litter, empty bottles - i was shocked). We stayed 6 days, for this period we were provided with only 2 towels for 3 persons. Kitchen is not well equipped.

the facilities were above standard the apartment was amazing along with the view the pool, wow, what a view great contact

The concierge service at the tower (not flixses staff) were very unhelpful and made our baggage drop off a very stressful experience. once they knew you had rented through Flixses (Private rental) they didn’t want to help. mobile network in reception wasn’t working and we were kept waiting by the concierge services for over an hour

Had a rough start of the trip with not pre-warned of apt changes and that information on the confirmation was incorrect and but with help of booking.com it all got somewhat resolved. We had to change an apartments after 1 night. We got told we were moving a 3 floors up but ending up moving 5 floors up. (The 2nd was not as good as the first) After these mishaps the trip was god

Very central. Spacious apartment. Rooftop pool and gym have fabulous / terrifying views of KL. Great AC & clothes washing machine is a lifesaver in the humidity.

Building lifts can be quite congested. Motorbike noise can be an issue late at night, bring earplugs. Apt could use a few extra towels, some glassware, bedside reading lights, tea towels. 2nd bedroom needs clothes hanging rails.

The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in with Flixses at Platinum Apartments was really comfortable. Spacious bathrooms and accommodation. Ticked all the boxes for us during our 3 night stay. Good location. The pool was really nice (albeit it could get extremely busy) and the gym facilities were good as well. Omer (I think I have got that right!) Who sorted our booking was very responsive and helpful. Clean and tidy place to stay.. and judging by the number of people coming and going very popular!

Negatives.. it's a busy place! Lifts are very busy, and so was the pool area. We didn't find the bed particularly comfortable.. hard.. but that's a personal choice.

Very good location with nice view and easy to get any public transportation if we don't like to drive. Convenient to get best food near the location. Spectacular view from the swimming pool. Happy kiddos, happy mommy!

The person that passes the key to me can't speak English or Bahasa Melayu well. its hard to ask or tell anything. Furthermore, he keeps calling at not suitable time (after 11pm). It's better to communicate thru whatsapp if there's any important thing to say.

The location is perfect. The apartment is spacious, well maintained and clean. The apartment faces the town and with a fantastic view of the city that never sleeps.

The furnishings are adequate but no tea towels or kitchen towels to wipe the table and no sweeping brush to clean the floor. We have to use the toilet paper to clean all the surfaces in the kitchen.

The apartment is quite big, has equipped kitchen and wash. The location is ok and the view from bedroom is directly on klcc tower. The pool is also nice

The appartment could do some renovation specialy bathroom pipe is loose. And the kitchen pans al also in bad condition.

The “wow” factor when we walked in! Great views. Wonderful infinity swimming pool. Nice to have a washing machine. Walkable distance to Petronas Towers and the park. Good food nearby in open food restaurant.

Apartment decor rather tired in places. No bedside light. Door difficult to open fully and a loose lock.
