Spacious accomodation , clean . Balcony views. Excellent shower. Very quiet efficient air con. Combination Room Safe. Nespresso machine. On site Etre Patisserie fab !! Security guards were courteous and helpful when needed. Location . Host was very accomodating and resolved some matters shortly after our arrival.

Some of the decor shabby , bathroom cabinets badly water damaged. Bed side lampshade cracked. Lacking some basic items in the kitchen area that we needed to purchase to cover our c. 3 week break.

Location was great, the apartment is spacious and comfortable.

The apartment needs some cleaning and minor renovation. Mould on the ceiling in the bathroom

I like that the room is spacious, location is convenient, though requires a bit of walking if not travelling by car. There is a 24hr convenient store below the apartment. Owner is friendly and understanding. Love that the room have balconies. Parking access. Additional toilet with bidet.

The toilet door is not working, Perhaps require hair towel too. More coffee condiments and laundry detergent. Otherwise all good.

HUGE apartment and very clean Comfortable bed, large bathroom with plenty of hot water Good location….a couple of minutes to the monorail…..10-15 minutes to the towers…..7-8 minutes to many restaurants in Kampung Baru

Noisy from time to time - the building overlooks the motorway so there is traffic noise. Also at prayer time (especially 5.30 in the morning) the noise from the mosque is REALLY loud & you will need earplugs to sleep through it

Spacious, clean and well equipped with good facilities at a convenient location in the middle of the city. Walk-in wardrobe, large bedroom and generous ensuite bathroom, kitchen with a separate toilet, living room and balcony. Facilities include swimming pools, gym, spa, convenience stores. Minor issues identified at check-in were promptly resolved.

Some external noise disturbed sleep. Incomplete crockery and cutlery sets. Limited TV channels. External signage is confusing as building appears to have two names; 188 Suites does not show at main entrance.

I enjoyed my stay here to the max. Very comfortable and surely will repeat my stay here The security was helpful and pleasant. There was a 24hr mart that sold almost everything you needed. Netflix/YouTube etc was available for free. Very clean fridge and washing machine. Spacious room. Clean spacious bathroom. The Bath tub was good too.

The facilities, price and location. Its value for money. Would stay again on our next visit

Street food is quite a walk but no issues as we could order via food delivery app. Apartment doesnt have extra garbage bags in case the garbage gets full so we need to source out for own alternatives to throw the garbage out.

Loads of room, two bathrooms plus extra toilet and rooms were really well appointed and beds were super comfortable. Massive wardrobes and spacious bathrooms. We were really happily surprised on arrival. The pool area was also really nice and there were saunas and spas and also a good gym upstairs with epic views.

Almost nothing in the kitchen to prepare food. A pot and pan provided on request. Minimal provision of cutlery and crockery, so had there been dishwashing powder, we’d have had to run it after every meal. I think this really lets the whole place down, as it would be inexpensive to provide a reasonable range of cooking implements and cookware (ikea) and more than a single meal worth of crockery and cutlery. We booked a place with a kitchen so we could use it, especially for the kids. There were also no hand towels, a tiny dish towel, no pool towels and no paper towels. With only a sink dishcloth, it’s hard to clean up any mess, and it wasn’t like there was a daily cleaning service. The location is fine, just a bit tricky with kids walking out with no sidewalks etc

Very spacious apartment wz complete amenities plus washine machine /dryer too in room plus complimentary Netflix & Astro channel account. Also it's sweet of host to provide toiletries, water & instant packet coffee. The place is reasonably clean. Easy fast chk in & out wz clear intructions by host. U can easily liaise through watsapp.I was told there are also facilities like pool , gym, sauna available but we hv no time to explore. Reception & security are friendly & helpful too.

Only 1 set of access card given per apt. We need it to use it to even go down the lobby. Since its raining season, it's inconvenience to those who has no transport to travel to nearest train station or tourist bus as no proper pathway or link to the place though nearby 10-15 mins walk. Luckily for us we engaged pvt tour wz driver for our 4 days here.

Besides the fact that the sauna& Spa is currently not available, which wasn‘t indicated in the booking, and dissappointed me a Little; the Rest was fine. The suites sustained everything you could which for, even a bathtub
