I recently stayed at The Face Suite, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and effortless. The suite itself was spacious, modern, and had an incredible view of the city skyline, especially the breathtaking view of the iconic Petronas Towers.

Except for the room service, ants in the room, shower area was not properly cleaned, the facility was excellent. Location was very convenient. The staff attended was friendly, other than luggage concierge service which was not there.

The location and clean, the property size very big and very comfortable, the hotel lobby huge clean always crowded lift super first and busy, the property include rooftop pool bar gym twin tower include menara tower it was amazing view. We highly recommend and we will definitely come again.
