A very warm and welcoming staff member, Syah, greeted guests downstairs. He would come up to help open the door, carry luggage, and greet you. The hotel elevators are spaced quite far apart, so I often missed them, but Syah would kindly hold the elevator for me to make sure I got in smoothly. Since I had to leave early in the mornings, I didn’t have time to dine in at their breakfast restaurant, so I requested to take my breakfast to go. On my last night, I finally had time to enjoy a sit-down breakfast, and the staff there were extremely welcoming. They offered to help pack some food for me, and even reminded me that certain items were included in the menu, asking if I’d like to try their signature set. They were very attentive, even asking what type of milk I preferred with my coffee. I especially remember a very thoughtful Malaysian gentleman who provided wonderful service. Many thanks to him for his hospitality.

I’d like to mention an interaction with a Chinese female staff member at the 8th-floor counter. On my second night, when I returned to the hotel, I went to the counter to explain that the socket in the TV cabinet in my room was installed too low, making it difficult to use. I asked her if I could borrow an extension cord. She immediately replied, “Our hotel doesn’t have any!” without even pausing to consider the request. Her response felt quite rude, and it seemed like she didn’t think through her words before speaking.

He greeted us with a smile throughout the day, remembered our preferences, and made superb recommendations for dining and drinks. His dedication to ensuring our comfort was truly remarkable. Flora, equally impressive, demonstrated incredible friendliness and professionalism. Whether assisting with our room or offering assistance with our itinerary, she was always proactive and accommodating. Her ability to anticipate our needs before we even voiced them added a personalized touch that made our stay extra special. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, from the stunning pool with breathtaking views of the Petronas Towers to the well-equipped fitness center - nice workout was possible ;). Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and stylishly decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The dining options were diverse and delicious, with each meal being a delightful culinary experience. The breakfast buffet, in particular, offered an impressive array of choices, catering to every palate. We definitely recommend taking the breakfast buffet option!! W Hotel’s prime location made exploring Kuala Lumpur a breeze, with major attractions and shopping districts just a short distance away. We felt like valued guests throughout our stay and can't wait to return. We highly recommend W Hotel Kuala Lumpur for anyone seeking an unparalleled experience in the heart of the city. Great!! Elegant!! Superb!! Such a lovely hotel, exclusive interior deco, perfect for romantic themes. Went to KL to celebrate my wife's birthday and Ms Syira from W Hotel prepared a balloon and cakes to surprise my wife and it was complimentary, really appreciate the effort made and really make her birthday a memorable one. We booked Spectacular Twin Tower view room, very nice view especially night time and totally instagrammable!! Their lobby and swimming pool area were absolutely perfect for OOTD snap. Will repeat to stay in again on next opportunity Location - Few steps to Suria KLCC, not even hundred calories burnt - not even 1 km to TAPAK Urban Food Street - Nasi Kandar Pelita on left side, stone throw distance Price - Reasonable and worthed Staff - Very nice, helpful and professional Overall - The W hotel was really nice, the ambience of its interior was really unique. We love everything! The staff made our stay exceptional. We felt welcome right from the moment we stepped in at the reception. Kudos to the W hotel for having outstanding, friendly and attentive staff. All the little things they did are highly appreciated. The breakfast spread has a variety of food. What's most special about the breakfast buffet is that they have a table breakfast menu, so we can order from it. The pool has superb view, the Petronas Twin Towers! We love the location as well, just 5 minutes walk to KLCC.

The staff and customer service were amazing! I was truly impressed. They found out that we were celebrating a birthday there, decorated the room and sent the cake and balloons up to the room when the vendors arrived. Thank you so so much for the beautiful memories! My sons didn’t want to leave:P

The music from the pool was loud and played well into the night but we didn’t mind as this hotel is meant for the younger crowd. It is the same as W Hotel in Taipei so we kind of expected it.

Stayed here for 3 amazing nights. From the moment we stepped in, we were treated with so much love and warmth! A special shout out to Alex (who didnt mind taking our OOTDs outside hotel just minutes before he started his day shift) front desk Syaff (who remembered my name on my second day!! And who sung me a Birthday song ALONE FROM HIS COUNTER AS HE SAW ME WALKING BACK TO OUR ROOM!!), Flock Manager Regina (who was super concern of our well being - our family was down w slight flu and got me a herbal lemongrass and ginger hot tea) and Chef Su (for taking in details and also baked me a birthday hot Pie!!!) walso, to the swimming pool crew! The crew in charge on both days got us floaties so that my boys (4 & 3) were able to enjoy the pool. Wonderful breakfast spread! Oh, and we ordered Nasi Goreng to try out for room service😍…. Blessed to spend my birthday here in W Hotel. Although price point is steep, nothing was shortcoming. ruly worth every cent paid. 😍😍😍

My stay at W Kuala Lumpur for a birthday staycation was fantastic. The hotel offers exceptional service with friendly and attentive staff. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The birthday dinner at Wet Deck was excellent, and the surprise at Flock with a birthday song and pancakes was a thoughtful and special touch. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Staff were very nice and accommodating.

Multiple mirrored walls, almost hit my head into one thinking the mirror was all the way back but actually in your face. Also we had difficulty looking for some amenities eg coffee maker, coffees and teas because they hidden behind a colored glass. Didn’t realize it was a small closet. Maybe at check in staff can familiarize visitors where to find stuff. I mean the hotel and rooms are beautiful designed but I feel it is not accessible to the daily amenities needed.

Stunning views from our hotel room of the patronas towers and the most gorgeous room. Beautiful decor, cleaning service done twice a day!! The staff were absolutely incredible, so polite and helpful. We were celebrating our one year anniversary and were welcomed to balloons, a lovely card and chocolate in the room which was the nicest touch. The swimming pool was beautiful too, with great views. The location was perfect and I was very impressed with the room rate- for a W, it was so reasonably priced! Highly recommend this hotel!!

The breakfast could have been a little better- but it was still good!

Good afternoon! I want to leave a review, you were very attentive and I felt like a vip guest, everything was perfect. No one bothered me except for one who was escorted out of the WET DECK bar, it was unpleasant. Basically everything is super. I wish you a prosperous business and success in all your endeavours.
