Great place to stay, the location is absolutely perfect right in the middle of klcc, a stones throw from the twin towers, close to all the malls, markets etc via the mrt. Denise was great, helped me check in early which was greatly appreciated. The view is great, beds and bathrooms are nice, has a lovely gym and pool, along w a steam room

The location is near to KLCC, very convenient. The place is secure, clean and comfy. Parking is easy. Host was polite and answered promptly.

The host asked an agent to meet me with the keys, however the instructions to the agent was not clear and I was made to wait 10 minutes for the agent to arrive and another 20 minutes for the parking access card. Wifi was not working. Swimming pool was closed after 10pm and I was not informed.

the location really a walking distance to my office in KLCC, and most importantly free parking is included. The owner/agent is very helpful even though my booking was a bit late in the evening and check-in was also a bit late at night, they still entertain my queries until we settled :) The view from the swimming pool was stunning, especially at night. The room is spacious and peaceful, suitable for those who bring family and at the same time need to have quiet time for work. The price is reasonable with the provided facilities and the security staff was really good and they are helpful too. Will plan for another staycation with my family again here in the future.

The location is Probabaly the best in KL CBD area. Magnificent views. Great facility. Supremely comfortable. Easy check-in and out. Superb noise insulation. Had great sleep quality during our stay.

The "concierge desk" isn't very friendly or helpful. Thankfully you can avoid them mostly during the stay.

Location is perfect next to klcc and easy to find food around the area. Good view of the klcc tower from the apartment.

Great location, 5min walk to major malls. Just above the W hotel, which has a nice bar. Room is clean and has good view. The facilities swimming pool is also good. The host is very quick in replying all questions related to the stay. Great experience.
