We have already stayed in this building previously because of the location. The person who Hosted us was very nice guy and completed with all what needed for our comfortable stay.

However if someone book a apartment with kitchen, just because they are going to cook basic things as we were asked not to cook food in the apartment. This what we do not like. Shower was old and kind of broken. We received only 2 toilets paper rolls for 9 days stay. Need some major changes in management for guest comfort.

Flexibility of the owner for check in and heck out timing

The shower heater is sometimes hot enough and bedroom AC not cold enough.

Location is exceptional, property is clean. The owner is also able to be very flexible to accomodate several of our needs, we appreciate that so much! The water heater also works well.

Because no make-up room is provided, the bathroom etc can get a bit dirty with so many people using it. But overall we can manage that. Also gym and swimming pool is under different building management so it requires additional payment per use.

There is only a small 2 seater sofa in the living area which is clearly not enough space for large families. There was a strong and persistent fishy odour in the flat and visible damp in the ceiling of one of the main bedrooms' bathroom which need immediate attention

Superb location. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need. The owner is very helpful with excellent communications before and during the stay.

This is not a complaint, just a suggestion that perhaps some more mugs as only 2 available. The bathroom shower door needs a bit of adjustment as it catches on the. floor. This did not effect us at all, this is purely a suggestion.

The apartment is quite near to KLCC walking distance @500m, plenty of shops and eateries. In this particular apartment, the view is not facing the famous KLCC towers, so it is not as described in the picture 😉 the host was very good and helpful in getting us a trolley with the 🧳 luggage 😀 and also carried our luggage 👍🏻

The parking lots are limited, especially at night 🌙 when tenants are back to the property and you have to park the car at different levels and walk 🚶‍♀️ to the lift lobby.

The unit spacious.. Nice view and location. Walking distance to so many places.

I have to pay for swimming pool. Rm20 per person.

We were well taken care off from the moment we booked the unit. Location is just perfect for us, a family of 5 person, good view and walking distanve to Klcc and other eatery nearby. Our apartment is very clean and neat. There are sufficient bed for us and with extra sofa bed some more which is more than enough. Parking is easy, Check in was swift, owner is nice and friendly, shared many info to Us so we really had a great time although we booked during the super peak period. We found the rate is resonable.. Apartment equipped with kitchenette and so much convenience for us. Just Love it much.

Only 1 bathroom, pillow is too soft

Location pretty good... short walk to KLCC or Pavillion, sheltered by linkway. Host was very helpful, from the time we booked till handing over back to him.

Used the washing machine cum dryer, some cloths came out decolorised wif some minor stains. For a 2bedder, only 1toilet/bathroom, so kinda inconvenient for 4pax.

Alucard is friendly and very responsive to guests. First of all, he communicated clearly on the check-in procedures and even met us in person, guiding us to enter the condo, to park the car. What beyond that, he turned on the aircon in the unit for us half an hour before we arrived to make sure we had a comfortable place to rest. As we needed to leave early during our checkout day, he was there at the gate waiting for us at 8am when we only managed to provide him 30mins notice. Secondly, the location is great. We can walk to pavilion and KLCC within 10mins of slow walk.

The condo building did not cater any shelter walkpath, so it is troublesome when raining.
