The design, clean and the location

The breakfast at the hotel is limited and not very good quality, no concerns for vegan and vegetarian , lactose and gluten intolerant They take deposits on check in which is weird

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, they were on hand for any advice at all and went above and beyond to help

Stylish hotel at a very convenient location with nice views of the KL tower and park. The staff was very friendly and professional, service was excellent. I had a king corner room which was fantastic, spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. Also liked the pool and the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

The hotel opened recently so some things were still being refined, nothing major to note however.

What a lovely surprise! This property is not conveniently located (within walking distance to major malls and sights) and excels hospitality and kindness. The rooms are modern tastefully designed and unique. F&B outlets r top notch and the infinity glass swimming pool is one of the bests you find in KL!

In room dining menu could be more extensive. This food quality was excellent.

- Quiet and good soundproofing, you can't hear your neighbors - Cleanliness: cleaning and changing towels daily; - Convenient location: near attractions - Quiet and safe area, close to restaurants, cafes and main attractions - High level of service and maintenance - Nice pool and gym (good equipment and cleanliness) - Impressive design, attention to detail, stylish hotel!

- An incomprehensible sound from the bath that prevents you from falling asleep - Long waiting time for the elevator - Long service at breakfast

The staff was very attentive and helpful. Despite experiencing a two-hour air conditioner breakdown, they handled the situation efficiently and effectively.

I wish the hotel offered a wider variety of buffet options instead of a limited selection that requires guests to order additional à la carte items. I always look forward to enjoying a full breakfast spread at hotels, and this was the only downside of my experience at Indigo Hotel.

Decoration, room size, breakfast, location all vers good

Security is not their best point. There was an electric cut..... that can happen.... But it's INACEPLABLE that the emergency staircase was locked.... should the electric cut be a fire.... all customer from floor 13 would have been dead

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. They very kindly upgraded us to a suite, and the room was stunning. We particularly enjoyed the pool area on the roof. The breakfast was also exceptional with a wide range of options

We would have appreciated the ability to order food and drink to the pool area, but that was a very small point and we still have a great stay.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant.
