Stylish hotel at a very convenient location with nice views of the KL tower and park. The staff was very friendly and professional, service was excellent. I had a king corner room which was fantastic, spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. Also liked the pool and the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

The hotel opened recently so some things were still being refined, nothing major to note however.

- An incomprehensible sound from the bath that prevents you from falling asleep - Long waiting time for the elevator - Long service at breakfast

The staff was very attentive and helpful. Despite experiencing a two-hour air conditioner breakdown, they handled the situation efficiently and effectively.

I wish the hotel offered a wider variety of buffet options instead of a limited selection that requires guests to order additional à la carte items. I always look forward to enjoying a full breakfast spread at hotels, and this was the only downside of my experience at Indigo Hotel.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. They very kindly upgraded us to a suite, and the room was stunning. We particularly enjoyed the pool area on the roof. The breakfast was also exceptional with a wide range of options

We would have appreciated the ability to order food and drink to the pool area, but that was a very small point and we still have a great stay.

It was amazing experience for me and my mum. I would like to say thank you for everyone who made our stay in the hotel so memorable. The staff of every department I met was very nice, welcoming and everyone did their best to make us happy. I liked the design, the atmosphere of the hotel, so it was hard to leave really. I loved every detail in our room. Also the breakfast was amazing. You could find anything and more there. Very beautiful pool and gym. Hope in the future I will come back again.

It’s hard to say what I didn’t like. May be for those people who like fresh air, its not possible to open a window. But for me it was not a problem, because the view was amazing and I was walking a lot.

EVERYTHING. The hotel itself is well decorated, beautiful architecture and handcrafted design, it's well located just facing the KL Tower. You can walk to everywhere easily. All the staff people from the reception desk, to the breakfast, kitchen, doorman, cleaning service are very nice and helpful, always smiling and want to discuss with you. A special thank you to Felix for his professionalism and kindness. The pool area is nice and relaxing. The bedroom is big with nice big window view over Kuala and very clean which is very important for me, the bedding is perfect with good and comfortable, fresh linen. The bathroom with the big windows is beautiful and the living room area perfect as well very comfortable couch. The breakfast / buffet does offer EVERYTHING, bread, croissant, salty food, European breakfast, American Breakfast with fresh eggs cooked right in front of you, boiled, omelette, whatever you can ask and traditional Malay dishes and desserts which is very good and important I think to offer. The deposit they ask is only of 200 ringgit for the whole stay which is nothing.

I liked everything

Great location, central but not on a loud busy street. Shops and restaurants are easily reachable by foot. Overrail lines (several) are within walking distance. The room was nicely decorated and well designed, so that we had everything without it being crowded. There was also a walk-in wardrobe so our clothes and cases were not in the way. Breakfast was really great, so much choice, delicious. The rooftop pool was perfect to relax - the hotel had everything we wanted, we enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to KL. Attractions are also reachable from here by foot.

From our bedroom we had an amazing view of the skyline including KL-Tower as well as Merdeka 118. - The location is very handy. The monorail (Raja Chulan - MR7) is just a couple of hundret meters down the street. Restaurants, convenience stores and several malls are within walking distance. - The rooftop pool facilites are great. The greenery gives it a special atmosphere and the views are excellent. - The bathroom is large, bright and modern. Having a view from the bathtub is a unique experience. - The hotel staff whether it be the front desk or security at the door etc. was very nice and welcoming. - While I did not use it during our stay, the gym actually is pretty well equipped for a hotel and comes with a view.

This is criticism at a high level but breakfast could not really convice me. It a quanity over quality situation. There are many options, but few are actually good. Also, I would have expected more fresh fruit considering the vast range of local produce available. The view /proximity of the neighbouring building/parking lot is also not very pleasant.

I had great expectations for Hotel Indigo on the Park KL, and it certainly did not disappoint. The hotel is very conceptual, drawing inspiration from Malaysian culture and incorporating environmental recycling aspects. I checked into Room 1509, a Standard King Room. Pros: 1. Check-in was smooth, and the security at the lobby was exceptionally attentive. 2. The Hotel ambiance was relaxing and chill, creating the perfect atmosphere for my staycation. 3. The room itself was beautiful, and the bathroom amenities were more than sufficient. 4. The air conditioning and room setup, infused with Malaysian cultural elements, added great value to my stay. 5. Morning breakfast at Wok Star deserves a perfect 10! The food was delicious, and the attentive staff made the experience warm and cozy.

Cons: 1. I dislike connecting rooms; please inform me in advance, as I was staying alone. 2. The room's interior design was beautiful, but the light switches were dark-finished with tiny wording—what were you thinking, Mr Interior Designer? 3. The room faced a deserted building next door, so I had to keep the blinds closed at all times, which was not a pleasant sight. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. Please continue to maintain the high quality of amenities and features at the hotel!
