The design, clean and the location

The breakfast at the hotel is limited and not very good quality, no concerns for vegan and vegetarian , lactose and gluten intolerant They take deposits on check in which is weird

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, they were on hand for any advice at all and went above and beyond to help

Stylish hotel at a very convenient location with nice views of the KL tower and park. The staff was very friendly and professional, service was excellent. I had a king corner room which was fantastic, spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. Also liked the pool and the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

The hotel opened recently so some things were still being refined, nothing major to note however.

What a lovely surprise! This property is not conveniently located (within walking distance to major malls and sights) and excels hospitality and kindness. The rooms are modern tastefully designed and unique. F&B outlets r top notch and the infinity glass swimming pool is one of the bests you find in KL!

In room dining menu could be more extensive. This food quality was excellent.

- An incomprehensible sound from the bath that prevents you from falling asleep - Long waiting time for the elevator - Long service at breakfast

The staff was very attentive and helpful. Despite experiencing a two-hour air conditioner breakdown, they handled the situation efficiently and effectively.

I wish the hotel offered a wider variety of buffet options instead of a limited selection that requires guests to order additional à la carte items. I always look forward to enjoying a full breakfast spread at hotels, and this was the only downside of my experience at Indigo Hotel.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. They very kindly upgraded us to a suite, and the room was stunning. We particularly enjoyed the pool area on the roof. The breakfast was also exceptional with a wide range of options

We would have appreciated the ability to order food and drink to the pool area, but that was a very small point and we still have a great stay.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant.

The location was very nice given that our stay was brief and there's little to no time to explore (besides the fact it was also raining during our stay), the view of the KL tower was a nice touch. Perfect for being a backdrop for video calls or selfies. And since it's also nearby, we didn't have to worry about being late for lunch at the tower before flying back. I also liked how relatively quiet it was, far different from being back home where it's all shouting and buzzing of horns because people couldn't wait idle for a bit. Had our time been longer, I'd have loved just vibing, reading at the rooftop or dipping in the pool or even spending some time at the gym.

I'm not sure if it was just the location of the room, or some different factor coming in to play, but the wifi signal is fluctuating or weak, that we just resorted to mobile data for most of the stay.
