layout - very good size, comes with a good sized kitchen and a washer/dryer; nice living room space and a big bedroom location - conveniently located within 10mins to the Twin Towers, and has access to many restaurants and a convenience store located just in the next building amenities - has all of the basic amenities like shampoo/conditioner and shower gel, hand wash and even washing power for the washer, building comes with a nice swimming pool and gym with reasonably good range of equipment and weights, fridge, drinking water and etc. cleanliness - checked in to a really clean room, and they provide cleaning daily as well parking - conveniently located within the same building, they are able to validate the parking everyday which makes the parking free of charge

parking - the design of the parking space is very tight, will need to be very careful to not scrap the car location - it's located at the end of the road, quite deep in lifts - unfortunately one of the 2 lifts next to my unit was down during my stay, so I had to wait quite a while during the peak hours to enter the lift (otherwise, can walk to the next lift lobby located on the same floor)

The staff is amazing, so welcoming and friendly. Offered us for an upgrade and gave us a really good view of the KL tower. The place was massive, we had the two bedroom suite on the 32nd floor. There were so many amenities and facilities in the room and always cleaned and refilled things. The place is also very close to the shops so it's easy to walk around.

Some of the taps had a leak. The toilet in the master bedroom also didn't flush properly for the first day, then told reception, and they quickly and swiftly fixed it!

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The first room that was assigned to us smelled like smoke. Notified the reception, and they quickly moved us to another room. The new room that was given to us was even better than the previous room. We had a full view of the KLCC tower from our window. The room was very comfortable and clean. Very spacious for myself and my partner. Highly recommended, especially if you are staying in KL for a few days. Walking distance to the Twin Towers and Suria Mall. Close to other tourist destinations as well.

An excellently.locsted hotel, which exceeded my expectations, a very good sized suite and friendly helpful staff and good amenities in the suite itself. A very comfortable bed and a good size also, a spacious suite in a very good location.

The suite itself just needs a bit of a repaint really but other than that it was a really good stay

The one bedroom suite was spacious with lounge and dining areas, there is a desk for working, washing machine, and kitchenette. The king bed was comfortable with two fluffy pillows. Wifi speed was good with strong signal throughout the suite. The daily room service was really good. There are food places and convenience stores very close. Indian restaurant across the road 7am -7pm, 7-11 next door and sata & Malaysian next to that. Swimming pool was clean with plenty of seating and towels. Tip: shortcut to KL tower by walking left up the driveway instead of right.

The hotel is located right in between two monorail stations, so it is a hot, humid 10-15 min walk to either. This would not be a problem if you had a car, but then parking would be. Water leaked out of the shower area if you were not careful. The two carpet mats need a good clean.

The entire place was clean and spacious, with more than ample storage space and to walk around. Quite a rare find considering the price tag. Two airconds and TVs were provided in the living room and bedroom. Basic amenities such as simple toiletries and cooking tools were provided too. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would definitely come back again / recommend it to friends and family who’re looking for a short to mid length stay in KL!

Aircond in the room wasn’t the coldest. Reception wasn’t super responsive to calls too, probably due to the high traffic that day. They should consider putting an in-room phone guide, as we had trouble figuring out the dial number for reception in the room and ended up going down physically to the lobby to put in our request. But these are all minor issues.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, made us feel so welcome, they are the biggest asset for this apartment/hotel. 2 bed suite was spacious with really good aircon. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent location, walkable to Petronas Towers.

Pool area needs to be updated. Pool itself is nice with great views, especially at night but the decking around the pool is falling apart and in some places is actually unsafe, especially for children. The TV in the room was outdated, the picture was very grainy and not a Smart TV so couldnt use any of our streaming services. A DVD player was provided, but the power lead/plug provided did not fit the plug socket, so was unusable.

The size of the suite was larger than expected, well equipped and very comfortable. The pool and area is very nice and the pool is all one depth so feels safer for children. The layout of our suite was really good and the main bedroom was spacious having a separate dressing area and en suite shower room. A laundry room was a bonus equipped with an iron and ironing board if you're a lover of wearing linen on holiday!

No one told us to turn on the water heater switch to facilitate getting hot water which we discovered after reporting the luke warm water coming through, However, within a few minutes we had not water. Be careful if you have children with the shower controls as the water gets very very hot.

This is my first stay here and im glad that i stayed at Oasia suites KL on this trip ! Although location is not the best of all but after you grab to a place, there will be public transports around . Train and lrt are convenient to get around if there are nearby station to where we plan to go, so plan your itinerary well if you want to use public transports . Location of Oasia is not far from some typical places / local attractions and malls via grab . Upon arrival, Mr Lingas welcome us with very cheerful and friendly manner . He also informed every little details about the facilities and all . Amazing service 🙌 Actually, the whole front desk team there are very kind and helpful as well . 🥰 The security and housekeeping are also well-mannered and kind . 👍 The one bedroom was nice, clean and spacious with enough amenities . There were dining table and chairs as well as sofa and coffee table . The room also have a microwave, washing machine and induction stove that are useful for stays . The big fridge is good if you plan to do some cooking and stocking drinks etc ! The wardrobe is nice too and equipped with room slippers, hair dryer, iron board and bathrobes ! Infact, the room look like a modern house, feels home . Room is 100% lovely 😍 The swimming pool is good and have good view too . Kinda kids friendly but for those bringing toddlers, please take care of your kids during swim . Overall, its been a wonderful stay . This was my second time staying here. First of all an absolutely fantastic welcome by LINDA (who had remembered me from my previous stay!). But also (and throughout the 3 night stay) by ALL the staff who were EXTREMELY Kind, helpful and courteous. The room was perfect and perfectly suited our needs, with a welcome separate lounge/Dining/Kitchen area. The views from the apartment are amazing. Breakfast was great and very varied. The location is quiet and well within easy reach of everything.(plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity, and a convenient "7-11" in the building right next door). The front desk staff always arranged private vehicle hire to pick us up when needing to go somewhere and fares were always very reasonable. Will definitely come back again!
