Fast communication from hosts to assist with check-in. Hotel is in excellent location which is very convenient as tourist. This is a great budget hotel with all the facilities required for your stay. Without thinking twice go for this hotel.

Under important information this is mentioned, "From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted." - but this is a scam. Booking.com already includes MYR 10 Tourism fee per night in the total price. So if you are not vigilant and pay attention to the breakup price and ask the right questions at the right time then you may lose your money in this scam. I lost MYR 30 as I have booked for 3 nights. Also the hotel aircon filter system is not clean, I got allergy to dust and I was sneezing all throughout the stay inside the room.

The unit is very comfortable.

Carpark , too small for suv and if you’re bad skill in driving , don’t drive here .

The host (Ms Zura) was responsive to our questions prior to arrival. The check in process was smooth, no hassles and time wasted. Make sure you read all the T&C in order to guarantee a smooth check in indeed. Also booked the return airport transfers through the host, with good vans for 6 pax and good drivers. The host and driver communicated well, as Ms Zura was already greeted us when the van's door opened. A very good gesture, no need to look around or waiting for your host upon checking in, happened with some of the other properties. Clean room, good view, all facilities/equipment was kept clean and in normal working condition. Fast elevators, never packed, constantly arrived on my floor (42nd) within 1 minute after the button was pressed. Location is perfect for my personal preference, close to Bukit Bintang and KLCC, easy to get Grab cars. Swimming pool with small entrance fee, better that that way so it gives more privacy to users. Will definitely return for my next visit. Traveled with 5 adults and 1 child for 3 nights at the 2-bedroom unit.

The bathroom could use an exhaust fan, a foul smell from bathroom's floor drain when dry. Once you shower, the smell subsided for some time, until it dries again. Not a major issue for me. Bed pillows were on the firmer side.

- the spacious area in the apartment - have dryer & washing machine - coway filtered water machine - cooking utensils & fridge - electric kettle & toaster - nice view - iron board - price is sooo cheap compared to other units in Vortex - great staff - mind you, the deposit is rm200 but all in all the process to collect the deposit is super easy. - air-conditioning system works great, so cold - a set of 4 plates, cups, glasses, utensils. - Netflix on TV

- the hair dryer's socket is faulty, therefore cannot be plugged in and used - toilet will have certain smell (probably poor ventilation but yeah can be improved by maybe putting an air freshener in there as well) - the sockets at the iron board & one socket at the washing machine area is faulty. need to be plugged in properly, only then the washing machine and dryer can be used. need to fix the socket asap.. risky of short circuit or anything - have to wait for a superrrr long time for the lift - only one lift is working out of 6 lifts (after we checkout we need to wait almost 20 minutes while standing and holding our luggages and all for the elevator)

I have stayed at vortex apartments by soulasia a couple of times now. They are my preferred choice in KL. The rooms (living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms) are always clean and in good condition. Amenities like washing machine and the kitchen appliances function well. Any small problems are efficiently addressed by management. The staff are friendly, courteous , and helpful. The location of the Vortex is fantastic, right in the centre of KLCC with easy access to shopping malls, sights, public transport, and scrumptious food! The building has a swimming pool, gym, sauna (small charge for these), as well as two convenience stores.

This was my third time staying at Vortex Suites, and this particular apartment was by far the best. The cleanliness was outstanding, and everything was thoughtfully set up from the fully functional kitchen to the well-stocked bathroom that even included branded Vortex Suites shampoo, shower gel, and hand wash. The attention to detail really stood out. Linen and towels were spotless, and the entire space felt well-maintained and welcoming. It was a noticeable upgrade from my previous (already positive) experiences here.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to complain about this time.

Great location near the Petronas towers, host was very welcoming, comfortable bed and very good equipped apartment, shop near the main entrance to the building. Recommend to stay

Noise on the street during the night

It is an excellent property,very clean and good service. Especially,managing people are amazing.They provided wonderful service. I strongly recommend to stay there for holidays.

It is centrally located and nice views from the apartment,if you book an apartment at high rise floor. Walking distance to Patronas towers and an amazing Pakistani restaurant “ BBQ Night”.

Apartment on 28th floor was amazing, really spacious, with the amenities you might need, nice bathrooms and dorms, and the view was fantastic! There is also gym, pool and sauna available for 20 RM a day at 6th floor, we were hoping for these amenities to be on the roof top but still the view was very nice, this place is in a very good central area. I didn't have RM cash at the time but it was ok to give for deposit a different equivalent currency which I got back when I checked out.

There was just a bit of degradation to some furniture.

Location was excellent and within walking distance of tourist hotspots.

A front desk reception will be easier upon check-in.
