Staff who pick up phone was unfriendly and not professional, staff training should be improve as that is basically very bad first impression. I had miscommunication and end up booking wrong room type and had to go tru the trouble of calling and amend the booking just because wrong information was given by the receptionist. It was made up by the manager who offered to upgrade our room which i really appreciate, room r very comfortable with huge bed which i think really worth the money, i will definitely come back to stay if the service improve. I like to suggest the hotel to have kids friendly activities like all the resort as it will attract alot of family too come for staycation. Location are superb as kl tower just few steps away. Hope the hotel management can improve all the services so that we can come again for short stay

The hotel was really understaff, the person who handle luggage is the same person check us in, also the same person who come to the pool when we call for staff at pool. Pool was really not family friendly which is such a drawback as the hotel jas so much family that stay for a staycation, my kids r disappointed when told the pool is too deep for them to swim in, the doir to the pool should be left open so that kids can play at the staircase by the pool, hotel should really consider making a kids pool as there are alot of family who came with small kids but end up leaving disappointed.

Room was spacious. Location is great with kl tower view. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Habe big egg bathtub

The water is yellowish. Went to Soi33 restaurant for our anniversary dinner but most of the food not available. Aircond was not on maybe to save energy so its a bit stuffy.

Spacious room, bath and kitchen. location is tucked in a quiet hill but very much in the centre. Very comfortable and hidden gem. KLCC is just few blocks away. Many restaurants nearby within walking distance.

There was renovation in front of our room but given the value price it is bearable. Also, the shower could use an update because the shower bidet keep facing the wall and non adjustable.

Our flight arrived quite early in the day so we got there well before check-in time. However, the receptionist said our room was ready so allowed us in early. For which we were very grateful! It was great to have a shower, freshen up then go out and start our KL experience.

Nothing really. Our studio was very spacious, if a bit dark. Our teabags and sugar weren't replenished, but we could live with that. I always carry my own anyway!

The room was very big. The bathroom also very nice and came with bathtub, nice room also have a desk and small table. The buffet breakfast was very delicious and nice.

The food of buffet breakfast replenish very slow. The outside swimming pool area and car park area looks very creepy likes abandon a very long time time.

I dont know the other way to this hotel parking . We tried but couldn’t find it. Hence i park at valet parking due to the maintenance team still doing work at the first parking entrance . I just paid rm 10 before go out for 24 hrs parking and i need to pay another rm 30 for valet.

The hotel is very welcoming and pleasant. Check in was quick and straightforward, the room was clean and exactly as described in the advertisement.

My only minor criticism was the quality of the wireless internet in our room, it was both quite weak and at peak times kept dropping out which was frustrating.

The room was spacious.i love the wardrobe.it came with iron,ironboard which doesnt require me to call the housekeeper.spacious wardrobe & toilet. But the toilet need serious clean up. Parking was ok. The pool is in the pub area its really beautiful

The toilet is dirty. The pool is not kids friendly at all. If you're less than 158cm, i dont suggest you to dip in unless ur a good swimmer.its kinda deep and totally for adults not kids.

Room was great, I and my girlfriend liked it, staff nice and helpful, he let me checked in an hour early. which was great.

there wasn't face soap and also bath soap bottle was empty, there was nothing which is terrible.
