The location is good. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well maintained.

15th floor view was great. Loved the breakfast buffet. The food was amazing and it was nice to enjoy Sri Lankan food while on holiday. The pool was great. The room service was good. We really appreciated having water bottles provided everyday given the hot weather in Malaysia. The staff were all friendly and nice. The location was perfect because we could walk to a lot of locations easily like Lot 10, Pavillion, KL Tower, Hawker markets etc.

We ordered food from Nawab Restaurant once because the information was provided in the hotel room but the food wasn't good. The sink and shower drains were quite blocked when we got the room so we had to request for staff to clean it but after they cleaned it, it worked fine.

We stayed in one of the two bedroom suites and it was very spacious, full of light and impeccably clean, perfect for a family of four with one king sized bed and two single beds. It looks like it has been recently renovated, the kitchen and furniture seems new and we noticed that painting works were underway in the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and a basic set of kitchen utensils were provided. Some good views at night. We also had lunch at the restaurant downstairs and this was good. Finally, the staff at the front desk were very helpful.

While the hotel is centrally located, the immediate area around the hotel looks a little rough and there is a lot of nightlife with loud music that we could hear from our room (maybe we were unlucky with the orientation of our room). The air conditioning was also quite noisy.

Prem on reception was wonderful she arranged a late check out on checkin an greeted us every time she saw us. As Wyndham vrap owners we felt it was a great hotel in a very good location. Overall very nice room and facilities and daily service

I would say the only downside to the whole stay was the black scum around the water leve in the pool that had just been repaired and the thread bare towels that ripped when using them to dry.

We stayed there due to the proximity to the bars and night life. We live in KL but wanted to watch the finals of Wimbledon and European football Cup in a bar to avoid looking for taxis in the middle of the night since the football match was at 3am, Malaysian time, we stayed at Ramada and it was perfect. The room is very big and has a small kitchen, dining area and fridge. Cutlery and plates were provided too. The location is very central and walking distance to Pavilion mall, KL night life, metro and mono rail stations. Value for money. My friend and I said, if we ever need to stay in the city for a few weeks once we don't live in KL anymore, this would be a great option. Parking is available and free for guests. We didn't try the breakfast.

Location was good to access the nightlife along Changkat Bukit Bintang, although the scene there seems to have deteriorated since the last time i was there a couple of years ago. However, it is still within walking distance to the major shopping area around Lot 10 and Pavilion.

The lobby did not reflect the brand image of Ramada (nor of Wyndham). Furniture is very run down and dated. Did not look welcoming at all. It was however counterbalanced by the cheerful attitude and demeanour of front desk staff.

Great location in chow kit area close to lots of cool restaurants and bars and Jl Alor food street. Easy walk to Bukit Bintang LRT station. Clean modern rooms. A great pool with a view! Good choices at breakfast - also with a nice view on 9th floor.

Checkin staff wanted a cash security deposit of 100 MYR - or credit card would take a month to refund the deposit. Surely in this credit card world a holding deposit can be put on a card and released on checkout like every other hotel in the world. Room flooring is hard floor which feels less classy than carpet - but I think it’s actually cleaner and cooler than carpet.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel had a Starbucks self-service coffee maker downstairs which I liked. It was total value for money, and walking distance from all the malls, such as Lot 10 and Pavilion, although we couldn't walk there much since it was raining the whole time. It rains a lot during Christmas time, so always carry a rain coat and umbrella!

I didn't like that early check in and late check out was unavailable, since we were travelling with a young child. Even so, the hotel did end up providing a relatively earlier check in for us, which was nice.

The staff in the restaurant were very helpful. Breakfast had a good range of different foods.

The lack of having hot showers was very disappointing. the water didn’t ever stay hot enough to have a nice shower.

Nice big rooms, good bathroom and king sized bed. It felt much more classy than last time even tho the room was basically the same - maybe because I booked a ‘Premier’ King room. Great location near Changkat, Jalan Alor food street and Bukit Bintang shopping and MRT. Breakfast is good with great views on the 9th floor - where the nice pool is also.

Nothing - it was great.
