The location was awesome and the roof terrace gives you a very nice view on all the skyscrapers around. The staff was amazing!

The room, with only 15m2, is really really small and you could easily find other places within the same area that will give you more space, better views, breakfast etc. for less

Top notch location, everything is within walking distance. Mostly clean room, nice beds, free water bottles daily and 24/7 reception. Really good value.

Shower curtain was a bit dated, bit of dust on lower shelves, had to ask for a hairdryer from reception.

Fantastic location close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Very clean with friendly staff. They allowed us to check in several hours early.

The room was tiny and the hot water in the shower didn't last for long (but the water pressure was great).

i like overall cleanliness location room,toilet room,lobby & walkway very superb hope this cleanliness is always maintained

please update your chanel tv,not many television broadcasts and please some area at room put lighting mode light

The staff is really helpful and offered several amenities that we may need such as plug adapter, hair dryer, & iron.

When we arrived, no water came out from the pipe. But it was solved immediately by the staff. So in the evening we could shower in the hotel

Location is superb, near all those bars and Jln Alor where the nightlife is located, the staffs were fantastic especially the one behind the counter upon my checkin.

I love the staffs here! They were utterly amazing! I had to do a sudden work and I did not have my laptop with me so I tried my luck and asked them if they had any desktop or laptop that I could use.. And guess what? They were kind enough to let me use their desktop at the reception! Thank you so much for giving your best to your guests!

Style is nice. Bathroom is neat. Personnel is agreable.

Just a suggestion, the water dispenser could be readily available to guests instead of having to ask personnel to refill.
