Central location for walking to food market, bars, KL tower & shopping centres. Looks better than it does in the photos also.

Impossible to get a taxi or grab they all just cancel as there is always major traffic outside and the drivers dont want to sit in it. We were even asked on the way back to the hotel by a driver to get out and walk. Hotel would not even call one as they said they will not come. We pre booked a car service for our return to the airport through booking.com which was perfect and a good price.

I like the city view from our room. And, I like the spa & foot massage service.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. The location is super for my needs with easy access to the city centre, local restaurants and bars. The hotel staff are pleasant and the room is clean and comfortable and this time I hade a great view.

I had to queue for a while to check in. There was only one young man at the desk with another standing around in the background. Unfortunately the young man doing the check ins appeared to get confused with what he was doing and took much longer that would be necessary. Things only sorted itself out when a young woman appeared and helped him with the check ins. There should be shade from the sun for residents who wish to use the swimming pool in the afternoon. There was no shade.

The room is clean. Walking distances to happening areas in KL

Need improve facilities and hotel doesn't provide free parking. Need to pay rm5

Every time check in midnight only one receptionist Vikki, pity her always working alone during midnight. Hotel management should arrange at least 2 receptionist during this time caus a lot hotel guests check in during this period and the receptionist Vikki keep her professional and handle all the long Q and most important her attitude is good always apologize for waiting… so if the hotel management saw this msg pls arrange at least 2 staff during midnight shift caus as a guest we already transit very tired and exhausted wanna check in as soon as possible to rest don’t like to waste time at lobby wait for check in thank you. And your staff also busy like superwoman too

Hotel situated in great location in Bukit Bintang area. Plenty of nearby shops, choices of many restaurants and surrounded by many food markets. Hotel ambiance is good and great resting area in the lobby. Easy access to local transport (Grab & taxies etc.) and situated close by to major streets. Check-in & Checkout were smooth and quick enough. Room size is adequate for two adults. Reception staff, bell boys and other hotel staff were very helpful and provided great customer service. Reception Manager was very helpful all times. As we requested, due to the noise (ongoing renovations) he changed rooms instantly and assigned additional rooms on the top floor. Thanks to Manager Mr. Fainz!! We will recommend this hotel for families, business and leisure travellers.

Every About this hotel is great. The location, the amenities, the staff. The location is in the heart of bukit Pentang literally less than 100 meters from Jalan Alor and at the start of Changkat street. Lot 10 us also few hundred meters away. The hotel' s fucilities are top notch: the reception, decor, room amenities are all very very good. The pool is small in comparison to other hotels but it's very functional, clean and has a great vibe to it. I can't recommend this hotel enough. The room had an amazing view on bukit bintang's skyline. It also had everything advertised in the pictures.

Nothing, it's superb.

Firstly, the location is absolutely perfect for first time visitors to KL. Everything is easily accessible by foot or public transport and there are endless options for food, bars and shops etc nearby. The hotel itself is modern and in excellent condition, and the rooms feel luxurious, clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, the curtains blocked out all the light and there was very little noise heard from the busy city outside. We were in the 11th and the views across the skyline were stunning!

There was loud construction work on the 5th floor which was very loud in our room on 11th floor throughout the day. Also, on the second day of our stay, someone checked in a room next door to us and was smoking pretty much constantly and so the strong odour of cigarette smoke was being pumped into our room through the air conditioning ventilation. It was so strong our cloths were left smelling as if we were smokers, which we are not! We raised these concerns at reception when we checked out and were kindly offered a free upgrade to a Premium floor when return for the second leg of our trip next week. Customer service was slick and professional.
