- wifi not stable, unable done my job using wifi - extra charge RM100++ during payment, price is totally different when checking at booking and payment - staff of homebrickzw claim that is booking.com issue, hidden fees that not even state at payment receipt

The bedroom has a sliding door for some privacy.... The small balcony was good for night view and also great for drying our towels I love the sofa next to the glasses over looking the view outside The infinity pool at 8th floor was nice with view of the TRX building The nearby food to try would be the Huen Kee Claypot chicken rice right behind the building.. If u don't take alcohol ask them not to put those in... This shop is super famous and a there's always a line of diners waiting for seats, so be there earlier at 5pm... If u can't get this claypot rice.... Got for the 2nd famous one, called "168 claypot rice" ... But expect this shop to be super crowded too Especially on weekends

The location around can get creepy at night with the wet market at the back.. the area was near some gritty and sleazy looking shops... However u can avoid walking around the place by calling for a Grab.... A plus if u have your own car

The apartment was fantastic, very clean and tidy. Beds were very clean and comfy, facilities were outstanding. The infinity pool was very very nice.

Checking in was quite difficult and frustrating, Arrived at the property at 3pm to check in, but the host informed us to wait in the lobby as the cleaner was still cleaning the apartment, we had to wait in the lobby for one hour with all our luggage and little kids. There weren`t enough toilet papers. Hot water did not work well in the shared bathroom. Taken a RM300 security deposit when checking in, but I wasn`t given a receipt for that. I had to call the host about 10 times requesting a receipt and to remind them about that, that was a bit annoying.

Excellent service I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with everything I needed readily available. The space was generous and comfortable, offering much more than I expected. Overall, it exceeded my previous hotel experiences, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The view was amazing! Bed was comfortable and the apartment was a good size. It was easy to talk to the staff via WhatsApp when we had questions. A lot of glasses, cups and plates available. Curtains would provide complete dark in the room, that was nice. The pool was amazing also! There is a shopping center walking distance from the apartment called Mytown. There are small stores like 7 eleven and KK in front, so that was convenient. The check in process was well explained. Overall, it was worth it and we would rent this apartment again. ☺️

It could have been more clean. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and the drain was blocked so water would accumulate very quickly. It's close to a highway so we would hear a lot of noise from it, even if the apartment has soundproof window. If you have a light sleep, this could bother you. There wasn't a lot of pots to cook, just a pan and a pot (no lid) ... We were able to manage, but it would have been nice to have more options for cooking and also there is no microwave. There was no broom to swipe the floors, this was not fun because when you cook and stay in an apartment for a week, you will most likely need to swipe the floors once in a while. They do offer a cleaning service, but you have to pay for it, and it wasn't necessary, just needed a broom.

Wifi and tv not working

I have been to many homes but this one stood out, as it is very well set up and very clean. We were immediately impressed when we checked in, as the process was very smooth and the apartment itself is amazing. If you plan to have a long stay, there's a wet market right at the back of the apartment. Besides that, this apartment is strategically located near the MRT, MyTown, Sunway Velocity and AEON Maluri. In terms of food, there are a lot of choices of eateries. We will definitely return to this apartment as and when we are in Kuala Lumpur. Thank you homeowner, please keep it up with this good service.

I had a very fantastic experience during my stay in Kuala Lumpur. The location was great, the unit was great and not to mention the view was also stunning. I was staying on the 27th floor of the building and I got to see most of the Kuala Lumpur skyline.

I wish it is a little bit more quiet especially during the early morning because of the nearby temple. Even though we were staying on the 27th floor, it was very loud. All and all, it was a great experience to stay there.

The host could be more proficient in handling things, since we have arrived by 3pm yet the details of my stay was not shared, that was little worried as we unsure if the stay is confirmed, or we been scammed, since we been trying to contact the host even a day before our arrival, We have made the full payment even before the due, so this was something unpleasant, change on this could RATE 5 star

location is not good if you like to have night walking or any nightlife activities. looks like an old neighborhood.
