Spacious, location is good.

Washer without detergent supply. Steps of check in a bit troublesome. Need to Whatsapp call to ask for unit number, wait for their reply. After that, go to reception, wait again for staff check in.

All good, fantastic, good location for traveller with cars. There is a tradisional wet market behind the building. I get a high level apartment which is level 40 at block B, the view is awesome. Apartment is spacious, can actually fit 6-7 persons. The staff, Mr Sulaiman is very kind, help me to solve my problem.

The only bad thing is the matteress, all matteress are broken. I suggest to change all the matteress. It will be prefect stay.

Bed was kind of hard. I tried extending my stay but was told to go through booking.com . After I booked the reservation and send them the info, the staff did not check the info/dates properly as I got the date wrong but just informed me to contact them the day after to move to another unit. Got a shocking suprise the day after but at least the process to cancel and refund the booking and deposit was simple. Just regret the process , should make it easier for guests to extend stay without going through all the booking process.

The person in charge was easy to deal with during arrival. The unit was perfect & beautiful, it has everything in there, it was clean, neat & tidy. They also provide free toiletries. Free parking also. Overall, we're so happy! Looking forward for the next staycation at this unit.

The person in charge was not being informative during our chat on whatsapp. Rarely reply to WhatsApp or short replied that didn't answer my question. As a customer, I need to collect infos before decided to book a unit as an assurance. So I hope he can improve his service towards customer's inquiry

The place was superb. We only stayed for a few hours but it was still awesome. The place is not big but comfortable. The staff was excellent but understandable that they are foreigners so language barriers. To check in you must text them first so that they will be alert on your timing. We only waited for a few minutes and yes, we can check in and rest!

There was one chair broken when no one sat there. We just put our food bag and their chair broke down. Otherwise all was okay.

(1) quite new condo (2) located in town area (3) balcony with view ( @17th floor) (4) free parking (5) the guy who handling check in/out fast responding (6) near to IKEA and Mytown shopping mall (7) KK mart and 7-11 opposite the condo (8) free wifi, youtube, hair dryer, kitchenette

(1) poor sound proofing (2) allocated parking lot at 6th floor, too troublesome when drive in and out. (3) only 1 access card was issued, u have to bring the card whenever using the lift and the other family members who stay in the room can’t go out without card. (4) the aircon pipe is just beside the bathroom door, and makes the bathroom floor wet. (5) Didn’t provide toothpaste and toothbrush (6) swimming pool water not clean

Very awesome room.. the view is very beautiful, nice place.. family like it.. the facilities is very awesome like sky deck, sky garden, pool nice.. very like it...will repeat again..owner very friendly...having wifi..power..

-Comfortable room with balcony -strong WiFi -TV connected with YouTube, we are entertained whole day -Cooling AC, water heater, have all facilities - nice city view

- no mirror only 1 in the bathroom - awaken by loud mosque prayers early morning -no issue of all this, we still enjoyed the stay - a bit confusion to reach room, we have to open 'keluar' door on the side for room, and we walked almost whole floor finding the room with heavy bags on hand

Location and the view are excellent. Very convenient. Have clean and safe car park in the building.

The house have many Cockroaches, big and small size. First a big one in the bedroom toilet, and about 6 small small on the living hall floor, and a few at kitchen.
