the bed and pillow is so comfy. i had a good sleep. they provide hair dryer in the bathroom and there is a fridge too in the room.

the room light is too dim, luckily our bedroom has a window for the light to come in. otherwise it will be too dark. there is no lock for the bathroom door, and it is kinda see through (you can only see shadow).. there is a multiple stains at the sofa tho. to find the hotel when you come by mrt is quite tricky for first timer.. once you know the road, it is the most convenient place to stay..

The malay girl receptionist at 8.40pm 25th dec..kinda rude and unproffesional..dont expect us as the guest to know everything..u as the receptionist should explain in every matter eg for the parking ticket..no one inform us to take the parking ticket rather then use the touch n go..ended up pay RM20 instead of RM6.40..with this kinda service better put a kiosk machine instead of a human receptionist..atleast a small info of taking the parking ticket to enjoy the RM6.40 parking instead of using touch n go will be more then helpful..dont just mention already paste info at the machine atleast as a receptionist guide ur customer..very dissapointing..

Close to Chan Sow Lin MRT for transport. Also, there are a variety of affordable restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The welcoming and hardworking staff at Ibis KL, Fraser Business Park. The room was more spacious than expected. It was great to come back to a nice, clean hotel room every day.

Good location, excellent breakfast!

The parking fee was shockingly expensive. Anyhow, with the parking voucher, I only paid RM7. The staff did not inform about purchasing a voucher for parking, hence went a big round and wasted time.

It is a nice clean and comfortable place, simple but relatively cheap.

The area is a bit run down, but at least it is close to a metro station. Breakfast was OK but only just and no evening meal or room service so a bit difficult if you are arriving late and want something to eat.

THE LOCATION NEAR TO LRT AND MRT STATION AND YOU CAN GO ANYWHERE WITH THEM. A ROOM WAS A BIT SMALL BUT IT IS OK FOR US SINCE THEY HAVE A LONG SOFA OVERLOOKING THE TREN STATIONS AND CITY VIEW. GOT FAMILY MART AMD SEVEM ELEVEN NEARBY. A DEAD MALL DOWNSTAIRS WITH ONLY FEW SHOPS.

hotel is very clean and have a big space! i love it.

only one that i dont like which is about iron. Iron facilities only have one in one floor. Need to queue because have many visitor want to use it at the same time. I hope the hotel can provide iron facilities in each room or in each row of the room.

The service is good, clean and the bathroom are clean. Even the drinking glass and electric kettle are clean. Iron board need to be requested at reception. All are good. Just the lights. Prefer a bright white light instead of dim light.No negative comments. Keep it up forever.

Room were good and comfortable, the housekeeping guy were very helpful and friendly, spacious enough for me get some work done with good wifi connectivity.will definitely be back again in the future.

Front office staff need to smile more when people check-in, probably separate tour groups checking in the same floor as they were very loud and not respectful to other guests , i didn't get good sleep for 3 nights.
