I liked the easy check in and comfortable beds and clean rooms, also it was easy to find the hotel and the basic services like groceries and local restaurants are very near to the hotel. I was largely by myself and had multiple issues, such as a phone that didn't work. I study at NUS. In the last two days, I tried to go around KL trying to fix it. I was incredibly stressed about making it back to Singapore and generally remaining safe in a foreign country in which I had no one to rely on. I ended up giving my phone to one of the Samsung Service Centers in Gardens Mall, but of course without a phone and little money on me, it was near impossible for me to get there. I'd have to beg random strangers to book grabs for me (which one of my "friends" thought was actually better than them actually helping me" Matthew, one of the head staff members was utterly exceptional. He comforted me, and treated me like a genuine friend would, unlike the others with whom I arrived. Despite his incredibly busy schedule, and dedication to his various responsibilities and commitments, he still made time to help me. He woke up at 6am, after essentially doing several consecutive night shifts to take me to the Gardens Mall, and actually helped me engage with the local staff there and do what needed to be done. I know little about technology, but it was Matthew who informed me about the optimal decisions to take, and the best way to get my phone sorted. He then helped me get a grab to the airport so I would not miss my flight. He went out of his way, in spite of being tired, and in spite of just having finished his shift, just to help me. I haven't experienced genuine, blind kindness like this at all. I never would have thought someone who I had just met would help me the way Matthew did. He kept in consistent contact with my family members, letting them know I was safe and not alone. I am back in Singapore because of Matthew, and I will always be grateful.

Everything was good. I didn't like that Matthew didn't get more breaks - he deserves a lot more and both me and my mum are deeply appreciative of his actions.

Everything was ok. The room had windows (I believe some rooms don't have one), it was quiet, the AC worked well, nice to have a kettle to make coffee in the morning (which they provide). Free laundry (you do it yourself with your own detergent).

The wifi didn't work very well.

Very friendly staff, the guy Matthew is an amazing person, he made it a wonderful stay for us. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. Overall, it is a great budget place in KL.

Noise insulation is not good. Too much traffic sound and corridor sound. The bathroom was a bit small and the sink was clogged. Plus, the wifi was not working.

The staff are friendly and provide excellent customer care. Parking is convenient. Kudos to Mathew for delivering 5-star service at a 2-star hotel. You can also get to know other tourists in the lounge, chatting and sharing stories—all credit to Mathew!

It was in a nice location so it was very convenient to go home to. And the facilities are nice like the laundry and ironing area. Bed was soft and clean.

The wifi was not working during our stay as well as the TV. Heater was not working too.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. They waited for us to arrive even though it was already so late.

The toilet needs thorough cleaning. There’s also no wifi but we were informed beforehand and they explained why they did not have wifi.

Nice location can easily get breakfast around the area.

It was okay for one night and for the price. I wouldn't rush back to it though as it was not the most convenient location for what we were there for or for food. But the 711 next door was handy. Bit noisy.

I don't know the name of the male employee but he was very friendly. For me the hotel conditions were very satisfactory. The price was very cheap and maybe I would come again when I have another event there.
