the facilities especially the pool are good. the room is clean and comfortable. even though the building is very tall, the lifts are fast. many options for restaurants on the ground floor.

deposit system was very confusing. they state everywhere repeatedly that you need to pay a deposit, so i transferred money to their bank account. then i was told during the check in process that you don’t need to deposit if you are a foreigner. this info should be on the booking instructions!!! then it was difficult to get my deposit back since they only use local banks. i did eventually get it because i could make a touch n go account. but the communication with them took quite a while and was frustrating.

The room sangat cozy and cantik. The best place to healing around KL. Sangat senang nak check in/out, instruction senang nak faham. Customer service is superb! Overall is best. Will come again🤗

The building have 66 floors and have sooooo many facilities compared to other apartments i’ve ever been. They have lots of relaxing place in the building and the swimming pool is soooo huge. They have like 2 big swimming pools. Got some short jogging tracks as well. Badminton court, tennis table, basketball court and even a track for exercising. This building is so damn good if you just wanna stay at one place and have a staycation healing time.

Tower A location is quite confusing to search. The staff gave like a pdf with 22 pages to read. Then he gave me a wrong number to contact. The number is the staff at genting highland branch making me more confused to find the building. He also gave me the house number and code late. So i was waiting outside the building for quite sometime. AND ALSO THEY GAVE YOUR DEPOSIT REFUND VERY LATE. I REALLY HATE THIS AND I THINK YOU NEED TO IMPROVE ON YOUR SYSTEM OF HANDLING CLIENTS. LOOKS LIKE USING WHATSAPP MAKE YOU CONFUSED WHICH CLIENT YOUR HANDLING. SO PLEASE IMPROVE ON THIS. The only thing that is good is the building. The staff not so much. Sorry
