The price given on booking.com is not what you pay in the end. Don’t go for the connected rooms as they are noisy and you can hear everything.

The lobby and room are as pictured in this Booking App. The air-cond operated quitely and the cleaning staff followed our reminder note to clean and without turning off the air-cond in the room. On the second night of our stay, we returned from the Stadium Merdeka after concert, closer to 2am and noticed that the auto door had been turned off and the lobby was dark. The guard on duty spotted us and moved his feet to the other side hand push door to greet us with polite smile 😊

The elevator is a bit airless and the card reader is located below the floor buttons (at a height that child can reach). Inside the Grab App, there are 3 drop off points close to the hotel about KL Trion @ Tower A,B & C (3 buildings), but the Booking.com app does not mention which building is the hotel. The first time I callled no one answered the phone, after a few minutes I dialed again and got through to the hotel staff who confirmed that the hotel was Tower C.

The room, cleanliness, staff, the management made us feel welcome.

We were kept waiting for a long time having traveled a whole night. Improve room allocation particularly those who have indicated on arrival time.

We love that the hotel is still very new, with both the room and bathroom in excellent condition. Despite being near the road, it was quiet, and the view from the 49th floor was great. The location is convenient, making it easy to access Petaling Street. There's eatery just walking distance downstairs and a massage center at 1st floor near to the eatery, which has highly skilled masseurs. We went for a massage at the center.

Before we checkin, we've stated a special request in the app. However when we were there, the staff never take note. We need to remind the staff of our request. When we were about to check out, there were no staff at the reception. We had to search for the staff to return the door card when checking out at around 11 AM. Hope this can be improve.

Dusty gym. 3 elevators are a bit slow. Walkable but still about 12 mins walk to LRT.

Very clean very fresh staff were lovely

1. Room - No where to put my suitcase- out it between bed and wardrobe lucky only 1 person. I had no hot water & the would reset it am & pm. They moved me the last night and the room was much bigger bathroom was huge and with a coffee pod machine 2. Bathroom to use toilet you had to walk into shower close bathroom door to find the toilet- put a sliding door in the room, fine you better space. 3. Breakfast was not included even though advertised included and booked it because breakfast was included. 4. Not really in a good location. Won’t stay there again.

Highly recommended for those who plan to stay in KL. Although it's not located in the KL city centre, but it's easy to travel to everywhere with e-hailing. The room is decent and new. There are restaurants and convenience stores (including 7-11) nearby. However, the breakfast is not really nice, but it's not a big deal as travelling in Malaysia is meant to enjoy different good foods out there.

Friendly and helpful staff - from the front desk to the housekeeping to security guards. The family room we had was perfect as well. Loved the availability of a water filter in the room. The location of the hotel is also good. Marts, restaurant and cafes are nearby

It took quite a bit of time before hot water actually flowed through the pipes in the shower. In my opinion, if this could be improved somehow, it would be another plus point besides the water filter.

Good nice hotel but I was surprised by high skyscrapers elevators. Good noise protection. I was impressed with breakfast broad selection of meals but with 8 march celebrations dinner realized it had menu not suitable for foreigners. A bit spicy meals so we had to order pizza it was very delicious.

Quite far from airport. Bathroom walls had 2-3 black hair on the wall could you please ask your staff next time to check cleaning bathroom conditions more thoroughly. Toilet room door a bit uncomfortable to get in and out. Too small space
