The room, cleanliness, staff, the management made us feel welcome.

We were kept waiting for a long time having traveled a whole night. Improve room allocation particularly those who have indicated on arrival time.

We love that the hotel is still very new, with both the room and bathroom in excellent condition. Despite being near the road, it was quiet, and the view from the 49th floor was great. The location is convenient, making it easy to access Petaling Street. There's eatery just walking distance downstairs and a massage center at 1st floor near to the eatery, which has highly skilled masseurs. We went for a massage at the center.

Before we checkin, we've stated a special request in the app. However when we were there, the staff never take note. We need to remind the staff of our request. When we were about to check out, there were no staff at the reception. We had to search for the staff to return the door card when checking out at around 11 AM. Hope this can be improve.

New hotel. Interior is nice. Top flow view is great. Rich breakfast choices

Dusty gym. 3 elevators are a bit slow. Walkable but still about 12 mins walk to LRT.

Very clean very fresh staff were lovely

1. Room - No where to put my suitcase- out it between bed and wardrobe lucky only 1 person. I had no hot water & the would reset it am & pm. They moved me the last night and the room was much bigger bathroom was huge and with a coffee pod machine 2. Bathroom to use toilet you had to walk into shower close bathroom door to find the toilet- put a sliding door in the room, fine you better space. 3. Breakfast was not included even though advertised included and booked it because breakfast was included. 4. Not really in a good location. Won’t stay there again.

Highly recommended for those who plan to stay in KL. Although it's not located in the KL city centre, but it's easy to travel to everywhere with e-hailing. The room is decent and new. There are restaurants and convenience stores (including 7-11) nearby. However, the breakfast is not really nice, but it's not a big deal as travelling in Malaysia is meant to enjoy different good foods out there.

Good nice hotel but I was surprised by high skyscrapers elevators. Good noise protection. I was impressed with breakfast broad selection of meals but with 8 march celebrations dinner realized it had menu not suitable for foreigners. A bit spicy meals so we had to order pizza it was very delicious.

Quite far from airport. Bathroom walls had 2-3 black hair on the wall could you please ask your staff next time to check cleaning bathroom conditions more thoroughly. Toilet room door a bit uncomfortable to get in and out. Too small space

1. Breakfast spread was excellent. Service staffs and cooks were attentive and friendly. We enjoyed it very much. 2. The city view from our room was beautiful especially at night. 3. The room has a mini refrigerator and it was convinience for us to keep our drinks cold.

1. Our room #4404 aircondition was not cold and the technician came to fix it. The room only gets colder after 2 hours. 2. The parking was complicated with 2 barrier's to enter. Although it was complicated, the receptionist explained to us the charges and how to redeem the flat rate. All hotels I've stayed, parking was free. 3. The toilet door was designed badly. The door took up space. It could had been a sliding door. 4. A desk in the room would be nice for me to do some work but due to the room saiz, there isn't enough space if a desk was placed. 5. The coridor on 44th floor was stuffy. No aircondition. Difficult to breath.

Check in fast and easy,. Great view the rooms were all in the higher floor,. Parking located in the basement,. Please use touch and go card,. Spacious and ev charger also located somewhere in the carpark which is a huge plus,. There are shops located around the hotel also,. Check out is a breeze also,. No delay,..

Was only wondering why the swimming pool is too cold and there was a RM300 deposit,..

Location was great as it was a bit away from the hustle and bustle of KLcc but the hotel is enough tall to have a full view of kuala lampur. You can easily see twin tower on top floor where the swimming pool is. The hotel has some fine restaurants and even 7 eleven and pharmacy. The room is cosy and everything is clean and new. The hotel staff are really kind and they meet your expectation. The staff were very helpful to us and they looked after my son and helped us for any issue regarding Grab to book our taxi. Breakfast you have everything that you can expect with a large variety of food.

We liked everything.

Breakfast was good and hotel at strategic location, easy access to the KL city.

The mini portable Coffee Machine inside the room was dirty. When I try flush the Machine before making a cup of coffee , found the leftover or uncleaned coffee powder in the pipe line keep pours into coffee mug with unpleasant smell. Hope the in charge person look into this matter yaa. Thanks.
