The fruit at breakfast seemed like it stayed out for too long, tasted a bit old. The safe in the room wasn't working at first but was fixed when we called the front desk. Room service is only available until 5pm- you cannot order later than that. The soap and shampoo were not very good. The room had broken parts in the bathroom shelf and in the room itself - needs to be fixed and better maintained. We booked a room with 2 single beds but they need to provide more manageable prices for family rooms.

The 2 connecting family rooms were quite big and spacious, and the whole hotel is reasonably clean too. Breakfast buffet was nice with a variety of food as well.

I don't really like the full wall-length mirror at the side of the whole bed. Separately because we were not aware or informed via the website prior our booking, we only get to know that the pool, gym and all their facilities were under renovation after we check-in, so it was quite a disappointment on this part.

I liked the room, it was big enough for 2 people. The room was cleaned every day, and we were provided with fresh towels. Good location, near to the malls. Friendly and accommodative staff.

The buffet had a good variety of food, but it was a bit bland. Would like a bit of flavour. The hotel is next to the highway, so it was noisy at night.

1) I'm satisfied and happy with our stay.. 2) Hope to try their new Gym and Swimming Pool facility January 2025 onwards..

1) Hope the pillow can be a bit more hard or medium as the current one is too soft.. 2) Hope the restaurant dinner buffet or ala carte is open till 9.30/10pm as I understand the capacity rate is not that high due to the the kind of dead mall beside it.. 3) The same goes to the SPA timing to extend till 9pm instead of 6pm..

Breakfast was nice and rooms were large.

It was a little dirty. Urine on the toilet seat and stains. Blood on our bedding. Pool was not open due to refurb but was only told this on check in. I booked this hotel because it had a pool, do as you can imagine I had 3 upset children! We booked a family connecting room but was only given 1 key to one room. The lady at check in didn’t really know what she was doing.

I ask for babycoat in my room, but the mattress of babycoat is realy dirty. I saw there is hair, some brownwish food maybe? A few red dot. Babycoat also dirty, im using wet tissue to clear every inch of babycoat. Really not clean for baby. At the end baby is sleeping with me same bed

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The TV had Netflix, so we could relax and enjoy shows definitely not boring at all. Highly recommended! Will repeat soon

The room was comfortable and clean, bed and pillows comfy and towels were nice to use. Check in check out process was quick. Can watch netflix/youtube on tv. Nice lobby.

There is a night club nearby so the noise can be heard through the window until 3am. It is not very loud, but its just there at the background.

staff were all polite . like the chef personally at egg counter . he was so nice. ask him to make fresh roti prata and he made for us. will give him 5 stars.

location is bit out. but its manageable if you are driving. toilet seat was loose. but not in bad conditon.
