Customer services was awesome especially Goh at the front desk whom gave us such a very warm welcome n also when we were leaving. Room service was also great. Front desk Joshua sent someone to replace our sheet right away when we told him there was a stain on the sheet. Great location too. This will be my go to hotel on my next visit..

Would have been prefect if they do have some units that has a washer.

I like how close the hotel to the sunway velocity mall. Clean room, nice view, all facilities in the room functioning well. I come with a wheelchair user, the room was spacious, big enough for the wheelchair to turn here & there inside the room. Bathroom was included with a place to sit and a handle to hold on the wall (for old people or handicap person).

Housekeeping might need to check the kettle, it might comes with a rusty one.

I had an amazing stay at Sunway Velocity Hotel. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how nice the hotel always smelled, it was so refreshing. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The rooms were spotless, and honestly, the cleanliness was one of the best parts of my stay. The location, and the convenience of being connected to the mall made everything so much easier and overall experience was fantastic. This was my first time staying at Sunway Velocity. Definitely coming back again soon.

I loved everything about the hotel.

1) Accessibility to transportation is key to why we choose Sunway Velocity Hotel. It’s 5 min walking distance to MRT 😍 2) Sunway Velocity Hotel is adjoining to Sunway Velocity Mall , we can get good food choices before 10pm and could go down in our pyjamas 🤣 3) Helpful & Attentive staff at front desk & housekeeping. Request made gotten in under 10minutes . Eg : Request of bucket of Ice ( It’s super Hot everyday While we were there so we always request for an ice bucket on our way up to hotel) 😍 4) Charging points at both bed sides is a super plus point . Little details like lifted baggage storage space and enough table top space to put our amenities * the details that goes into designing the room is 5 Star 5) Roof Top swimming pool is great to start my morning and robes & swim tool were provided daily 😍

Room for Improvements : 1) The wash basin drain needs to be lifted & tilted to allow continouous sink water flow . No major issue 2) The floor drain in the bathroom need to be serviced ( hair trapping etc ) to allow continuous water flow from showering . It gets “flooded “ during shower & sips thru once the glass bathroom door is opened . We just put extra bath mat before showering . No major issue

Booked the family room so 2 queen beds. Comfortable for family of 3 adults. Room and toilet was very clean and amenities well stocked. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great with the shopping mall just downstairs and train station nearby.

No in-room dining service but I guess there's no lack of food with a 24hr mamak shop nearby and grab food service available.

I've stayed at Sunway Velocity more times than I can remember, and I've always had a good experience here. Sunway staff are known for their hospitality and kindness, going above and beyond to help make you feel more comfortable. I appreciate the ambience of the place. For its price, the comfort and privacy you get is just wonderful. And, it's attached to a mall that has everything you need. It's very convenient to stay here. The pool is quite nice too, overlooking the city. I think it's definitely family-friendly. And, if you put a special note or request on your booking, they actually read, acknowledge it, and do their best to accommodate. I'm definitely a happy, returning customer.

Not for this trip, but I have tried their breakfast buffet before, and though it is okay, I believe it really can be improved. Perhaps can start improving on the decoration of the breakfast buffet area. The nicer it looks, the more people will be willing to 'close one eye' to the lack of variety in the food choices.

Just a 5 minutes pleasant walk to two MRT (underground train) which practically is connected to entire Kuala Lumpur via underground and overhead trains. (take advantage of the covered walk-way to train station) CONNECTED TO MALL: Directly connected to Sunway Velocity Mall from lobby area and 5th floor entrance, where there is never ending shopping, eats, cinema, mini convenience stores like 7/eleven etc. Also, connected to IKEA mall/My Town Mall and AEON departmental store via covered walk way WIFI: It is fast but not superfast, but gets the work done and is very consistent and does not break signal AIRCON:- No flaw at all. You can customized as per your preferences. A/C panel is very user friendly WATER in washbasin and Shower: No complains at all. Hot, cold, mix water whatever you require SOCKETS PLUGS: There are ample electrical outlets (socket plugs) in the room with working desk type area. IN-HOUSE TV: Lot of news channels and movies to choose from local cable TV

Been staying here since 2018. Love the location. The atmosphere and vibes at the hotel lobby.. Never fail to make me feel safe. Room space is perfect for me and mom, comfortable to stay for long. Cleanliness is great too. Not forgetting on how professional the staffs are, especially Faz (I hope I didn't get the name wrong) who is always ever ready to welcome you, engage in small talk, etc. Looking forward to returning again.

Housekeeping could be a challenge some time. You called to make up your room but after 5 hours, ny room was still in mess. My previous stay also I faced delay on this part.

Great location , directly linked to the mall , and 5 mins walking to train station. Overall cleanliness is good. Space is decent for 2 persons.

Housekeeping cleanliness could be improved , a bit more thorough would be better. Eg: cleaning of cups Beds are a bit too stiff. Clothes hangers could be upgraded rather than the old school ones which can't be removed from cupboard.

The room had a great city view, great bathroom, and the location was perfect. It's physically connected to the Sunway Velocity Mall, so you don't even need to go outside to enter it, and the shopping and restaurants are great. All in all the hotel provides excellent service, it's a recommended hotel if visiting Kuala Lumpur. The room and the service was quite clean, bathroom and room was serviced every day.

Although it certainly wasn't the reason I was traveling, I had hoped that the hotel-- and one that's a bit more 'upscale' in both price and quality-- would have had more TV channels available to watch. The overall number of channels, while mostly in English, was quite low.
