This boutique hotel is ideally situated as a base to explore the diverse and multi cultural city of Kuala Lumpur. All staff without exception greeted us warmly and were helpful and accommodating throughout. We really appreciated that the hotel were able to accommodate our request for our two rooms to be close to each other. We were provided with interconnected rooms. Perfect. Thank you. We did not eat at the hotel but the dining room space looked good and the menu looked appetizing. The rooms were spacious. The beds comfy and the shower pressure was good. The pool is indoors but is open to the blue sky above you when swimming. The water was not cold 👌 Towels and swim floats are provided. The lifts were never crowded and arrived speedily.

Wish we had booked another night!

Upon check in into room 202, we felt so hot. We thought that because we feel hot that we couldn’t feel the aircond. Later after buka puasa we felt more hotter than before and it felt stuffy. We couldn’t sleep. When we went down for Sahur, I asked the person in charge at reception to get housekeeping to check the aircon. After coming back from Sahur I asked the reception weather the air con has been fixed. He said that maintenance is not available so early in the morning. Then I asked whether he can fix us into another room. He gave us room 222 which was much better and we could sleep until mid morning.

- The reasonable pricing of rooms. Fairly good pricing for a hotel that has been around for more than 20 years. - Decent WiFi connection for hotel occupants, and it didn't even need a password. - Satisfying water pressure for both the shower and bidet. No low pressure moments at all.

- The room where we stayed had a damaged TV set that needed to be replaced immediately - No mini fridge to put bottled drinks - Electrical sockets were not near to our beds, making it slightly difficult to charge our phones within reach of our hands - Maybe add complimentary small toothbrush and toothpaste packs will do for the convenience of customers?

Everyting in this hotell is good including the cafe food. Then only thing the hotel can improved is the pillow. I did request for extra pillow but unbfortunetly they dont have it . The pillow in the room is to flat thats the only thing the hotel should look in to it. Ither than this everyting is good.

I got connecting room for booked 2 deluxe queen bed..very comfortable, excess my expectation for 3 star hotel with affordable price, I got large room, air conditioner function well , friendly & helpfull staff & the location are not so busy..easy to find parking..And recommended to try breaksfast at the hotel (forgot the name maybe gajah cafe sound like that),the menu fullfill my taste.. Will repeated again to stay at the hotel .keep it up and greatly appreciated for your service..

I suggest to find solution to avoid stagnant water bathing when using the shower.. & double check comforters which have dirty marks that can't to be remove.. However overall i"m ok and comfortable..

For the price per quality I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting KL. It is outside of the center but near a big mall with a metro station so easy to visit everything by train or using grab. Staff were very polite. Clean etc. pleasant atmosphere

I heard ac could be slow to cool but they gave me two cards so I could leave it on, therefore I had no problems with temperature. I also heard the furniture and building could be run down in places and I noticed this too. WiFi could be faster. I still consider it 10/10 as it is such a good price considering that it has all the main essentials that you would expect from a 3 star hotel hotel

Room is spacious and price is affordable. The hotel is strategically located with nearby shopping malls like Sunway Velocity, MyTown and Aeon Mall.

The hotel need to discard all their old TV units and replace with new Smart TV. The old and outdated TV units are not working properly anymore. The hotel need to perform better than other small shop house hotels which provide better and new TV units for their guest entertainment. Tq

1. The bed sheet dirty have stain when 1st night check-in. But have requested change a clean on 2nd day 2. It was inconvenient for me to go receptionist to update my room key when unable go open room door(Happen twice) 3. Didn’t like the shower head is not flexible 4. Didn’t like when the shower no top for me to put my soap and shampoo 5. The air-conditional is not cool enough and the room is a bit warm

My first time staying at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded our expectations! The price was surprisingly affordable, and the overall experience was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The only downside was the pool, which is quite small and deeper than expected. It could comfortably accommodate only about 5-6 families at a time, which made it a bit crowded. Other than that, everything else was wonderful. Would definitely consider staying here again.
