Good location, near to MRT Maluri Station (<200m) but hard to find parking (if luck, can park at their parking lots maxi of 4 lots only). Very accessible for chinese (or non muslim) bcs there are a lot of non-halal restaurants. But muslims also has 1 restaurant around 200m away.

Facilities are good. Convenient and recommended only for solo travelling. Recommend for curtain controller and water pressure

I have been this customer since 2019. 2019 I am here because I am pregnant and studying part time 2020 I am here with my in-laws' family to celebrate a wedding ceremony in Kuala Lumpur via Expedia. In 2022 I am also here because I sent my parents to the airport to perform the Hajj. 2023 is still my choice for me to stay at this hotel

the parking space that should be specially reserved in front of an empty shop has been fenced off. should be you can improve this service by recording the customers' cars that come and park there. However, there are several parking lots where you can park your car in the between of lane/alley

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel location is near to Maluri LRT and MRT station, within walking distance.

You have to seek for staff's assistance whenever you want to refill your drinking water. Suggesting to have a drinking water dispenser whereby hotel guest can refill as and when needed.

V Garden Hotel was a fantastic experience! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and cozy, and the garden ambiance made it so relaxing. Great location with easy access to everything. Highly recommended—I’ll be back!

I advice to change the window into tinted window bc sometimes wanna take fresh air but afraid to open the curtain bc the window can see through.

Feels like in different world here as the building & interior design like in Japan and the lift reminds me of Europe.

All is okay except a bit hard to change the TV channel

The staffs are very polite. The environment is quite unique and their room is clean and comfortable. They have their own beverage cafe and there are some restaurants nearby too it’s very convenient.
