It's nearby to Mytown/Cheras Ikea and Sunway Velocity but not walking distance, I bring my own car so it isn't a problem for me. Hotel has a mini garage which could fit 4 cars with free parking, even if the garage is full you still can easily do street parking along-side the hotel/shoplot in the yellow box. Easily order food delivery from Shopping mall, but abit challenging to order breakfast because mall only open by 10am. By paying this rate, the hotel condition is fully out of my expectation. Room is new + clean; Air-cond is cold; Wifi is fast. Wish you could always maintain the same quality in future.

Iam happy with the 3in1 coffee provided by hotel but why don't give us toothbrush also? Would be a bonus if could provide us disposable slipper too.

lack of cleanliness & the way reception communicate during check-in ( I am smoker) not suppose 1st question ask to the customer “I smell cigarette you are smoker right bla bla bla…) I know the rules & regulations coz I am hotelier too. suppose he just inform our property non smoker the explain the regulations. did book garden view from the picture you can see what garden view I can see if all glass mirrors cover with frosted glass just small panel glass I can see view of garden. Television also not clear limited of channel & tV position for me not right position not facing to bed( room 317 )

For a short trip that unexpected clumsiness arouse ought to find some places somewhere to stay around Cheras Pandan Indah Taman Maluri n so forth nearby i would recommend Swing & Pillow 👍👍👍👍👍 The rate is affordable, convenient and cozy, comfortable suitable for a couple even a small family like mine me myself not a fussy angle 😇🤘✌️✌️🙏🙏🙏

Jasnin, the receptionist was incredibly good. Family mart and 7eleven walkable. Very comfy mattress and pillow. Irons were provided at the corridor and hairdryer in the room.

It's just very hard to find parking nearby, only at night a few parks were available.

I love the way their staff Jasnin was so friendly, the lobby smell nice, relaxing music continuously playing and their bed so comfy and fluffy. Cheaper than other!

Property was clean & the bed was comfortable. Though the service is a little less compared to a standard boutique hotel it suits most simple travellers & budget travellers.

Parking in the area is difficult nothing against the hotel though.

Cold air conditioning and warm water, excellent food options within short walking distance, convenience stores nearby. It was a great base to explore KL.

The metro wasn't as close as we hoped it would be, so we chose to take taxis instead.

Receptionist Jasnin very good communication, room clean, bed very comfy, everywhere smell good and wifi very fast,I enjoy the stay here.

only parking, always full

Room was small but clean. There's some dust on the bed head they prolly forgot to wipe off. Our bathroom door lock was broken though but not really a problem to us. Wifi was great. I could attend my lectures/conduct classes during my stay without any connection problem. You can hear a bit of road noise from the room (109) but its not unbearable, more like a white noise sort of (unless you're super sensitive). Room is also soundproof. Service was great and fast. Called for iron and it was delivered so quickly. Check in/out was very smooth too. Plus point, 5 sockets in a room! Made life a lot easier, really. All in all, I enjoyed the short stay considering it was only for sleeping.

Parking is very limited. You might have to park at the roadside with charges. Not sure if its the new SOP but i wish theres some place we can sit in the lobby haha.

I like all the facilities that are provided here... Maybe they can fill a full body shower in the bathroom because I got a body shower that almost left out.
