The property was sort of like a home stay (Airbnb) than a hotel. But truth to be told I liked it more than the hotel we subsequently stayed it. Reason being, it’s really convenient. They had a washing machine with a dryer, detergent (ready), cutleries, and a lot of little things that made the stay really enjoyable. The staffs (we haven’t met them in person, only conversed through WhatsApp) were lovely to say the least. Check in is easy, and check out was also quite straight forward, the staffs had a step by step guide through video and text, and we had no difficulties when living there.

The neighbours were a bit weird, but thats about it?

The condominium is fairly new, the bed is comfortable, air conditioners r new. Security is considered quite good. Not much noise. Ceiling fans r available in living n 2 bed rooms, so we had option to switch off the air conditioner when it's not warm. Sunway velocity is just across the road, and aeon maluri at 2-3 min walk. MRT station in front of aeon. These 2 malls hv a lot to offer. Washing machine was good. They even provided laundry detergent n all other basic cleaning n bathing liquids. Basic kitchen utensils r all provided. Refrigerator and microwave r also new. Check in n out were smooth, but management could add on instruction on where to scan the parking card. We scanned the larger screen without realizing that it's actually the smaller black one next to it that functions. Management was very responsive, most of the time the replies were within minutes. The RM200 deposit was refunded within 3 days after check out.

Parking was at 6th floor, and the corner was not easy to manoeuvre because of acute turns. Needed some time to get in n out of the building. Flush volume for toilet was small, sometimes stink because the flushing wasn't complete. TV channels were basic. Other than these minor shortcomings, there's nothing much to complain about.

Check in was easy since they provide a video tutorial on how to check in. Location was great, got a mall nearby - just has to cross the road. The unit was clean and comfortable - got the living room with android box TV, air conditioning, kitchen, washing machine, fridge and all. The shower has hot water which was nice. They also provide some basic toiletries to the guest. Got wifi too, not that fast tapi okay la.

Car park ramp was a bit narrow - nasib baik I drove a hatchback. Kalau bawak MPV it'll be a nightmare. TV was good, but a bit laggy. Got stuck multiple time while watching some movies.

Great location. MRT Maluri, LRT is just walking distance. We can travel to TRX, Pavilion Bukit Bintang via MRT. The MRT is just next to the police station opposite the unit. Velocity Mall is connected via a link bridge (via a staircase/lift next to ZUS coffee at Velocity Two). Plenty of restaurants at Velocity Mall. Aeon Maluri is just walking distance. Staff are very friendly and responsive. The unit is very clean. Host instruction is very clear on check in. The condo is very secured with access door.

There is a wood smell in the unit. Maybe it is painted recently.

Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment on the 42nd floor. Great views and loved the pool on the 9th floor. The location was perfect - close to trains and adjacent to a good shopping mall so easy access to food. Friendly staff, helpful security. Appreciated the washer/ dryer and efficient a/ c. and wifi. Everything worked.

No bedside lamps for reading. Only 1 knife for eating. Easily fixed.

The unit is very nice , cozy, clean and comfortable. The furniture is modern and well maintained. Location is great as Velocity Mall is just across the road and there are many nearby restaurants within short driving distance. The Queen beds were comfortable and beddings were clean too. We stayed in a 2-bedroom with a bathroom unit. It would be better if information to pay the deposit is given a day before as not on the same day of checking in.

Drive up to the parking bay is narrow with sharp bends. The parking bay is quite high up. But bearable.

The accommodation provided essential supplies like soap, shampoo, and tissues. Cleanliness was rated at 9/10, check-in was quick, and there was plenty of information regarding the facilities.

The refrigerator is a bit too compact; it's more like a medium-sized mini-bar. A larger unit would be significantly more convenient.

Easy check in and check out process. Checked in at evening so had to get the guard to open mailbox room for us and it went smoothly. Water filter, microwave, hairdryer etc was also provided. Bathroom is good size, body wash and shampoo provided. Location is also very convenient as there is the station nearby and also a link bridge nearby to walk to the mall.

The check-in/check-out process is easy and efficient. Also, the unit is beautiful and well-furnished. We appreciate the host providing the shampoo, bodywash as well as detergent for us to use. The facilities like the pool and the sky garden are also very well kept.

Overall, the unit can be cleaned better since the master bedroom is a bit dusty. Additionally, the kitchen has some funky smell, however, the smell is tolerable. Hopefully, the host can provide more trash bags so that we can dispose our garbage regularly.

Staff are friendly - in-person and via WhatsApp. The view of our room on the 28th floor was awesome. The beds were comfortable. For a family of 5, this is the best option compared to a hotel where you need to book 2-3 rooms. We definitely consider staying here again if we visit KL.
