The 3 bedroom apartments have been perfect for a family of four and we actually didn't expect that it was so spacious. The kitchen included a Hi-Tech filter unit for hot and cold water, so no need to buy any water. No need to bring any socket adapters, the sockets are universal with USB inputs by beds. Entrance is easy with high speed elevators. Everything is neat and clean from the floor to the bedding. Ceiling fans are brilliant if you cooled down the rooms with the AC and it just circulates the cold air, helping to reduce energy consumption. Location is terrific - close to MRT which gets you to Bukit Bintang/Pavilion Mall in 10 minutes from 17 MYR for 4 people and there you can get via secret passage to KLCC Suria within 10-15 minutes. Several shops with adequate prices for all your needs. Make sure to pop in to local bakery downstairs, with freebies if you buy goods before 9 o'clock. Sunway Velocity Mall is 10-15 walking distance away (close to Malluri MRT) for all your shopping pleasure and AEON mall in the same location. Facilities - excellent big swimming pool on 8th floor half circled by small garden with jacuzzi and underwater massage. Football, tennis court and gym are the asset to what you get and it is free. Expect some cockroaches, I guess this is unavoidable, but it is less comparing to other appartments providers. I would suggest to use or provide anti-insect stick/pencil to avoid this. Therefore keep your dry food closed and through trash often. Vac cleaner and a mop/bucket would be an advantage to keep the rooms clean, as the tiles floor quicky accumulates dust and hair being visible. Maybe two types of pillows would be good.

The water filter which provided hot and cold water on demand was useful. The rooms had usb plugs which was handy. The pools (two) were large and very clean. The gardens were well maintained and nice to look at. The gym was clean and had all the basics. The range of local shops and services were convenient as were the nearby malls, which had a large food court. The staff were polite, helpful and easy to contact. Overall we had a great stay here.

The apartment didn't have mirrors except in the bathroom, which was a relatively dark space. This was the only thing which was noticed as being absent.

Almost everything .. it was a very good welcoming .. apartment facilities superb, and the place was really clean . Area good can access varieties of malls nearby .. I used grabb drop off and take also very easily towers separately accessing and very much satisfied with building safety and security .The most amazing thing was 2 pool and gym access. realty appreciated the did the apartment mobbing and vacuum without taking extra fee. And Cindy, who deals with us, is so friendly and available . I wish to stay here if I visit malaysia again. Apartment fully furnished and all the important materials included like ironing, washing, drying microwavie and filter which can get normal , ice and hot water .. I will give 10/10.

Almost everything is perfect.

Firstly, the staff, Mr. Ricky, is very friendly as he explained the check-in procedure to me clearly and very detailed. He also tried to make us check-in earlier as much as he can. Regarding the home and facilities, the home is very spacious and it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The rooms are very big too. The interior design is also very modern and minimal so the home does not look very complicated. There are also air-conds in the living room and all the bedrooms. The beds and pillows are very comfy and we slept well during our stay. In the kitchen, it has a SK Magic water dispenser, a microwave oven and an electroc stovetop. The kitchen is also very clean and all the utensils like cups, bowls, plates are provided too. Regarding the convenience, there are 4 convenience stores located at the ground floor of the building. Also, Sunway Velocity Mall is also located near to the homestay (which is around 2-3 km). It is very convenient when you want to go to somewhere. Overall, I think it is very great and I had a wonderful and pleasure experience during my stay in M Vertica. I will definitely book this homestay again when I visit Kuala Lumpur the next time. Once again, thanks to Mr Ricky for providing us a pleasure experience for the stay.

There is a clothes hanger which was already broken and cannot be used in one of the bathrooms. When we want to proceed to the car park which is located at Level 5, you will need to press Level 3 in the lift and walk along the link bridge so that it will only bring you to the Level 5 carpark, which made us very confused. Which means if your car park is in nth floor, you will need to press (n-2)th floor in order to proceed to the car park.

The location was pretty good. Well equipped facilities; gym, huge swimming pool and others. Our actual room was lovely ,modern & clean. They provide washing machine, but best if they can also provide a washer dryer too. When arrived, we were welcomed by host Mr Ricky. A very warm & nice person. He guided us in person and showed us surrounding area. Easy to deal with! Overall, we satisfied

Best to stay during public holidays example CNY or Hari Raya where locals gone back to their hometown. Less traffic. Need to frequently change kitchen sponge. Just eeeuuu..Luckily we brought ours.

Well-equipped for family with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, ac and fan controls for different rooms, comfortable bedding, modern water filter for cold and hot drinking water. Staff were responsive to requests for support for water heater breaker. Good security staff. Nice bakery, convenience stores nearby.

Courtyard noise travels through open bathroom windows, can be warm and humid in non-AC areas, couch was stained, but otherwise unit was clean

The property was very well managed and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this stay to others .

No mirror in the rooms to get ready which would be fixed soon as confirmed by the property Manager.

The rooms ,kitchen and washroom were very Clean, maintained very well. Management Responses and systematic. The view was also very pleasant. Swimming pool facilities were also excellent. I will definitely book again. 😊❤️

For grab booking need to wait outside , as near the guard house ,it’s takes at-least 10minutes just to enter in. As the drivers as to scan some QR code, so I got canceled few times. As some they refuse to enter in.

Apartment so clean & comfortable we like it very much..... One staff name MR.RICKY very kind & help us on parking car issue. We also have some confusing about the level of the house when refer the video that given to us, after call Mr.Ricky all settled & he also answer the call very polite. We love to stay there & will come again for 2nd staycation.

It’s a new building with nice surroundings and decent location. Internet is fast, staff are friendly and helpful.

Rooms are small, no new towels, and no TV channels or any watching services. Some rooms can’t get internet signals.
