The environment and condition is comfortable and tidy.

Suggest provide the wifi password on a piece of note or on the access card or via whatapps or stick it on the router/modem instead of only give upon request. Feel bad to text customer service at midnight to request for the wifi password.

Everything a traveller need was there. I went for a short staycation with husband and kids. They enjoy so much. Room was clean the utilities was almost complete with medium sized fridge, induction stove, kettle, microwave,hair dryer, iron , iron board, tumble dryer, water heater, towels all provided. The unit was new and clean . Its a perfect gateaway and worth every penny. Will repeat stay while everything still new and comfy. Not to forget the pillow n bedding set was super comfy

Beautiful new building with shops below and a cheap good restaurant. The pool is great. Quiet building with comfortable bed, hot water and good ac.

No side walks surrounding so you need to take a grab anywhere you go. More toilet paper and trash bags would be nice for guests with longer stays. We stayed 6 nights and had to purchase trash bags and extra toilet paper.

Apartment is a good size, super new, has nice view out onto trees, lovely and bright, amazing pool area and nice gym. Extremely clean.

You can hear EVERYTHING from next door as the apartment must have been joined originally so there is a door but sound goes straight through. Very tricky as neighbours up until very late some nights watching TV etc and you can hear everything. Also there light shines through the door. Also a mosque directly over the road so get woken every morning.

The staff were very helpful. We had trouble with the pin code to collect the key and they came down to open the door for us. The house was clean & had the basic amenities too. Can fit more than 4 people. Great location too-easy access to shops and restaurants. Pasar Pagi Kelantan also about 850m only.

No mirror in the bedroom which was a bit inconvenient 🙁 and also no microwave.

everything is so perfect! i really enjoy staying there for a night. the room is spacious and very clean. the facilities (pool, gym) are good, elevators are fast and got two parking slots! will absolutely come back to here and recommend to my colleagues.

only one thing, i got a room that is not sound proof, heard the couple next door arguing about something, yeah but its okay, still i enjoy the others :)

Even though I was only here for a night, this place left a lasting impression. The location was convenient, the suite was quiet and clean, and everything felt premium. Great value for the price—I’ll definitely be back if I’m in the area again.
