The staff are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and courteous. A huge thank you to each and every one of them. A water dispenser with both hot and cold water is available in the hallway, and there's even a kettle in the room, which I really appreciated. The bedsheets were clean. Right next to the hotel, you'll find plenty of restaurants serving delicious Malay food, offering affordable meal options.

1. There are five stray dogs living next to the hotel. Although they usually sleep under cars during the day, they become active at night and bark at passersby. As a result, it’s not safe to walk around after dark. I hope the hotel will work with DBKL to address the stray dog issue. 2. During my 5-night stay, I was never able to use their Wi-Fi. The connection is available, but the data transfer is very poor. I tested the network and found that the download speed was only 1.2 Mbps, with a ping of 247 ms.

The service was very good and welcoming from the staff. The room was clean and comfortable, suitable for family and solo traveler that are on budget and need some quite secluded area from busy city life - to chill and relax.. The staff also has help us to print some important document that we forgot to bring - thank you very much, it was really helpful. There are a lot of parking lot as well.

Some position of the plug inside the room is quite misplaced - it's quite hard to use if you have short cabel wire. Just suggesting - can the hotel change the toilet mat to mat that is thicker and absorb more water.

The staff was helpful, and attentive. Located near restaurants, mall, and 7/11. Removed from main road so not as busy.

They had consistent problems with the WiFi, which was annoying. I had a windowless room, but the room windows they had were very small. The price on Booking was $15 a night but somehow I ended up paying almost $25 a night with tourist tax, and other taxes.

Small room but very neat tidy clean and the staffs are very helpful. Near to a mall, easy to find food lol

Quite hidden behind others building, not really safe to walk alone during night if you're woman. If use grab or taxi make sure to get them drop you right in front of the hotel

Near with 7 Eleven and infront this hotel , there have mall and MCD and also many food stall near this hotel So its easy to have breakfast, lunch and dinner without using car to go eat, just walk only take 4-5 minute

The room just enough for my one week trip. The room overall is clean. The location also good, which got 1 Chinese food stall & malay food stall nearby, and Public bank also. If want go to Pearl, just need to across the road. The vending machine at downstairs also quite convenient as no grocery shop nearby there. If to Mid Valley, around 10min driving in straight way. There's many parking lot outside the hotel, which I like the most. If you are driving for the trip, here are very suitable. If u're not driving, I won't recommend it. Besides, the drinking water machine just allocated at every floor, so I can refill my water. And the price is considered cheapest with this quality of stay. Will stay at there again in future if I had a long trip in KL.

There's no grocery shop like speedmart 99 around, which quite inconvenient to me.

Spacious room (single bed). Usually, some hotel left just a small corner that can literally fit for one person to perform prayer and uncomfortable. But, luckily I booked for single bed and I'm not regret it at all. The heater functioning well. Breakfast included even though just a simple one. They provided kettle, coffee, tea, 2 hangers, shampoo and soap. Worth for my money. Clean. The iron corner has a hanging place. Have 3 windows.

The staff not too friendly. I smile and say hi, but they not smiling back at me. The mat infront of the bathroom need to be changed. Not absorb water at all. The aircond need to switch on manually on the aircond body. The remote not functioning well. Can hear noise from the outside.
