Will be in my top 5 hotel ranking list if there's public transport like LRT nearby, spacious room, comfortable, clean and dang cold ac. Spacious bathroom too, love the breakfast as well, didn't get to take a dip at the pool but it does looks great. Will definitely be back if the event is held at the same location next year! The mall located below and beside is a good touch as well! Definitely recommended, especially for travellers that traveled by car.

Nothing actually, but if I REALLY have to nitpick, the bathroom could have a different type or extra hanger to hang like use and new clothing and towel, rather than reaching over to the basin and wetting the toilet seat area, also shower gel and shampoo could use the dispenser option to adapt the ESG practice.

Family room is made up of two rooms so space is generous. In house guests get 50% off the weekend buffet dinner, which serves oysters and sashimi. The renovated rooms are nicely designed and comfortable to rest in. The detox water served at the lobby is refreshing. It’s has a tie up with Anytime Fitness where in house guests get to use the gym during the stay. Barney and Sons tea bags are served in the room and buffet dinner, good quality tea.

Family room only has 1 bathroom. The hotel lifts can’t take a certain load, we have to stand at the sides so the overload indicator doesn’t show up. The hotel has been around for 25 years so there are some telling signs. The free afternoon tea only has sweet snacks, would be nice to have some savory items. The free supper is only noodle soup and porridge so can skip if you don’t want to load more carbs.

Lovely location away from the city, which is still accessible by grab taxi service. Professional and friendly staff. Shopping mall under the hotel and next door. Ideal location for our visit. Thank you for the daily bottles of water. Swimingpool and gym were great. We used both facilities during our stay. Our room was spacious, fabulous! Highly recommended hotel. Thank you to the staff.

More shampoo and shower gel needed per room. I would recommend the number based on the number of people occupying the room instead of a set per room. I finished 1 small shampoo tub for my long thick hair per wash/ per day and hubby wasn't happy as there's none left for him. More creamer is required per room for hot drinks. 2 sachets of creamer is insufficient.

The location is good. The executive family room is spacious and they provided breakfast, set tea and simple supper under this room rate.

The room levels is directly accessible from the lifts at the mall from Ground Level without any card access control. Hence, non guests can easily take the lift up to the room levels.

The restaurant. Workers not very attentive and poorly informed. When I was about to pay and informed the cashier that as a room guest I get a discount, he was clueless. I then had to speak with front desk who verified it.

The front office and restaurant staff were really pleasant and helpful.

There's no place to sit while waiting for your taxi or hired vehicle to arrive. The doorman did not allow any leaning against the wall or sitting on any ledge of the hotel entrance.

The location of the hotel is so convenient for me. Room sizes are big, this time unable to get king bed, but it's OK, the twin room also nice. The most I like is the bathroom, simple and nice 👍 Enjoyed my breakfast at outdoor coffee house.

Pearl is always my first choice hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Hotel rooms are excellent and staffs are very professional. I stayed in the premier room on the 23rd floor and its brilliantly designed. The room has Philips bluetooth soundbar and it creates a magical atmosphere when the music is on. The room has everything that one could expect from a premier room. I will always go back to KL and stay in the same hotel. Next time probably I will experience their suite room :-)

Probably the breakfast menu and taste require improvement. There are plenty of options in the breakfast buffet but the taste is not that good.
