The room was amazing. It was so so comfortable, clean and i enjoyed staying there.

The location of the place based on the pinned location is not correct. Therefore, it can be considered as scam. It was nowhere near KLCC and it’s hard for us to plan our stay after finding out that the location pinned was incorrect

A studio with tv and Netflix, Queen bed, a sofa, dining table, and washer/dryer. My stay at Millerz Square - Host Maple Home was outstanding! From the beginning, our communication was excellent. The house was clean, well-decorated, and well-equipped. The location was ideal, close to attractions, yet quiet. They even provided laundry detergent, which was a really nice touch! Parking lot was easy to find too. Highly recommended, without a doubt, 5 stars!

Internet line is slow and sometimes totally not working. Mobile hotspot is not working as phone connectivity very poor reception. This is the killing point for working adult to stay here. Others are very good, clean room, comfortable bed, washing machine is a bonus

Maple home interior design and decorating always the top. The customer support (WhatsApp) is responsive and professional on our enquiry. Thumb up for the technician name Ah Wei , he is skilful and able to complete troubleshooting and pump aircond gas within half an hour in the midnight.

Gap for improvement , hardware checklist before client check in ensure aircond is functioning. Else should send technician at the 1st place. It’s not good for client stop all activity just to stay awake waiting aircond gas refill. Aircond Issue reported at 4pm, resolved at mid night 1am

I book 1 queen bed and 1 single bed room but at the end change to the room with only 1 queen bed room.

The pool and comfy bed

Locaction falsely stated in booking.com ad and property had been given a ‘please explain’ from them! It states 600m, 10min walk to Petronas Towers, it is a 2.5-3 hour walk away and nowhere near any tourist sites it says it is. The rude owner disputes this despite google maps and booking.com saying it is misinformation!!! Also freezing cold water only, no hot water and yes I had all the switches to ‘on’! Extremely disappointing stay, thank god the gym was good as it was too far from anything else!!!

New apartments, it’s will be nice

Wrong location this is not nearby from klcc towers. It’s 2.5 hours from klcc and owner know it. Apartments owner not connected and doesn’t return money from one night (we move when see location this building - it’s really looks like ghetto).
