The room was amazing. It was so so comfortable, clean and i enjoyed staying there.

The location of the place based on the pinned location is not correct. Therefore, it can be considered as scam. It was nowhere near KLCC and it’s hard for us to plan our stay after finding out that the location pinned was incorrect

The location is not same with the description. It's not close to Petronas twin tower.

Check in is easy and smooth, thumbs up to the host

Internet line is slow and sometimes totally not working. Mobile hotspot is not working as phone connectivity very poor reception. This is the killing point for working adult to stay here. Others are very good, clean room, comfortable bed, washing machine is a bonus

Maple home interior design and decorating always the top. The customer support (WhatsApp) is responsive and professional on our enquiry. Thumb up for the technician name Ah Wei , he is skilful and able to complete troubleshooting and pump aircond gas within half an hour in the midnight.

Gap for improvement , hardware checklist before client check in ensure aircond is functioning. Else should send technician at the 1st place. It’s not good for client stop all activity just to stay awake waiting aircond gas refill. Aircond Issue reported at 4pm, resolved at mid night 1am

I book 1 queen bed and 1 single bed room but at the end change to the room with only 1 queen bed room.

Locaction falsely stated in booking.com ad and property had been given a ‘please explain’ from them! It states 600m, 10min walk to Petronas Towers, it is a 2.5-3 hour walk away and nowhere near any tourist sites it says it is. The rude owner disputes this despite google maps and booking.com saying it is misinformation!!! Also freezing cold water only, no hot water and yes I had all the switches to ‘on’! Extremely disappointing stay, thank god the gym was good as it was too far from anything else!!!

New apartments, it’s will be nice

Wrong location this is not nearby from klcc towers. It’s 2.5 hours from klcc and owner know it. Apartments owner not connected and doesn’t return money from one night (we move when see location this building - it’s really looks like ghetto).

The property itself was absolutely fine, clean, and with a comfortable bed and modern good facilities except for lack of any hot water. . HOWEVER….. the hotel completely lied with misinformation about the location. In the ad on Booking.com, it stated the hotel was 600 m from the major tourist attractions, including Petronas towers and other highlights of the city centre of Kuala Lumpur. Even when booking.com contacted the hotel to tell them about this misinformation, the hotel denied that it was not 600 m from these attractions, despite it being roughly around 10 km walk. It is pretty much in the middle of nowhere compare to the city centre and miles from any train stations. The hotel still insisted these attractions were 10 minutes walk away. I did the walk, thinking it was only going to be 10 minutes, and it was almost 3 hours. I then attempted to contact both the hotel and booking.com and spent 2 1/2 of my three days constantly trying to contact people and understand what was going on. The hotel offered to move me to another one of their hotels which was a much lesser property and also cheaper, but they would not refund any of the money for that. The people who owned the property were rude, obstinant, and even treated Booking.com with distain over this situation, despite it being blatantly wrong. booking.com kept telling me that, despite it being definite misinformation by the hotel, they could not do anything as they only act as a third-party. Also, one of the worst things was that there was absolutely no hot water and every shower I had, which is quite a few given how hot and humid KL is, was freezing which is hardly what you would expect for a property of this standard, The hotel also only leaves you with about 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper and you have to message them to get more and then wait around 24 hours for it. Even then it did not come and I had to remind them and they said they would leave it in the letterbox.

Owners, lack of any hot water despite every switch being turned on in the apartment. The rude attitude of everyone involved during my stay and the lack of any remedy to the problem, despite booking.com, insisting the hotel had done the wrong thing and lied about the location of the hotel on their website. They issued the hotel with a notice to explain and gave them 24 hours and I’m happened since then because no one has bothered to inform me booking.com offered me a refund of 20% of my Saturday after three days of constantly trying to contact them without much luck. It was not great compensation for 2.5 days work as it amounted to only $30.
