Firstly we booked other apartments from different host in same building (Eaton Suits). But it turned out that the host was a scammer. So we urgently had to find something else last minute and we booked this apartments. This host is really nice! Answers fast and the check-in check-out process is very simple. You also can pay by cash or by link. The apartment has everything you need. We stayed 1 night and everything was good. The infinity pool is amazing and it's the main thing why you should book exactly in this building. 100% worth it.

For my taste the design of apartment was not cozy, my friend stayed in other apartment in same building and had more nice interior. But this completely doesn't matter for a short stay.

We booked this property very last minute because we got scammed by another host in Eaton residence and couldn’t get to our room as they ignored us. Basically the building is like an airbnb with many hosts. So be careful when booking Eaton and check reviews but this host was SO helpful. We booked and literally within 2 minutes the host had messaged me asking what time we wanted to check in. I said we were here now and they proceeded to send me all the information for self check in, they even upgraded our room. It was a lovely spacious apartment with literally everything you needed! A lovely bath with a view of the city as well. The view from the bedroom was unreal especially during sunrise. And the rooftop pool with the twin towers view was stunning.

They had self checkin and checkout process. The host would not visit u personally, his assistant will show the room and you will have to pay him in cash. My friend was asked for prepayment but not me. We were short of cash so they were ready to accept USD, SGD and Euro as well. They provided a free upgrade to our room. The apartment was well maintained, equipped and cleaned. Walkable distance to MRT station and almost 2km to Petronas Tower. Amazing view from hotel rooms. It had a view of Petronas Tower. Infinity Pool was well maintained and had a view of Petronas Tower. Worth the money.

The host was very helpful with us from the beginning. The apartment is amazing, and the pool is exactly like the picture. Great location!

Keep in mind that the swimming pool is not open if it rains. We were kicked out for a bit until rain stopped, and we could go in again.

Great place for a short stay in Kuala Lumpur. The check-in process was easy. We got a beautiful apartment on the 41st floor. The 51st floor pool and the Twin Towers view are also super.

There was no restaurant near the house, but it was not a problem for us - everything was about a 10-minute walk away.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view from the bedroom is stunning, and the pool is amazing—and unlike some other hotels, access to it is free. The hotel also has a gym, which was a great addition to my stay. The manager was responsive to my request and allowed me to check in a little earlier, which I really appreciated. The location is perfect; it’s easy to find, within walking distance of the Petronas Towers, Throughout my stay, the manager was always available when needed. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

This place really exceed my expectations. I was upgraded with better room for no charges from the start. When I enter the apartment I was stunned how beautiful this place is. From the amazing living room on the 41 floor making you feel like you stay in the sky of Kuala Lumpur, to the beautiful bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. This place has everything that you will need. From the first moment you will feel like you are home and the communication with the host was amazing. He was always available to assist. Location is great and you can reach all the touristic destinations with Grab app for really affordable prices. The most beautiful part of the stay at this residence was the security of the residence and the pool on the 51 floor. I guess this is one of the most beautiful rooftops pools that I ever seen. Recommend to everyone as this place is really outstanding!

The apartment is large, well equipped, super clean, the beds are comfy (we slept solid after the travel and after walking around the city). The aircons and room ventilators are really helpful to create a chill ambient so needed after staying outside in high temperature. The assistance on What's app was exceptional, very prompt for all our requests, check in and check out smooth. The security (a guy from Nepal) was very helpful and assisted us to order our first Grab (we are from Europe so Grab was new to us) and redirected the cars for the gate to the pick up point so we could wait nicely and in shadow (pick up point has also some chairs and smoking point) All in all we were happy with our accommodation and positively impressed by the customer service.

As area looks as new expansion, there are no coffee shops or minimarktets within proximity. We managed it by walking to Mercador from Pavilion for basic food supplies for breakfast and water (good variety of goods) and to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf from the ground floor of the Medical Center for morning capucinnos (they open early morning)
