Plenty of space - big bedrooms, kitchen, lounge. Very comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms. Big fridge, enough plates, bowls and cutlery. Washing / drying machine and clothes rack provided. Air conditioner in every room - comfortable temperature. Lovely big infinity pool 100 metres length, nice depth roughly 1.4m. Gym. Walking distance to both Twin Towers and Pavilion shopping centre.

No hand soap or hand towel provided in bathrooms. No cleaning cloth provided to wipe kitchen table. No laundry powder provided. Gym would be better if it has at least 3 treadmills (instead of 2) as two were commonly fully occupied at peak times. There should be a sign to limit treadmill use to 30 minutes at peak times too, as there people who occupied the treadmills for more than 60 to 90 minutes. They should also wear proper shoes - not bare feet or slippers. Also the gym should provide water and disinfectant wipes for hygiene. Pool would be better if pool towels were also provided.

There are 2 bedroom in my unit. The remote is shared which is quite stingy for me. My unit is 13A-10. An ok view. Everything else is great. The location is superb. You can walk to pavilion and suria klcc as the walkway is pretty shaded.

Shared toilet smells. Only 2 towels given, although I booked for 3 and there are 1 single bed and 1 queen bed in the room. Also, you are to initiate the communication with the agent, else there are no heads up or manual or what not.

Initially the taxi drivers couldn’t locate the premises but once we walked around the neighbourhood we realised the close proximity to shopping centres and cafes. We also learnt how to direct taxis back to the premises. We didn’t use the swimming pool but it was a very large infinity pool, set in beautiful surroundings. I also liked the washing machine/dryer and ironing facilities as we were able to catch up on our washing.

The TV in the main bedroom didn’t work but it wasn’t an issue as we tended to watch the one in the lounge area.

Very modern luxurious apartment located within walking distance of Suria and Pavillion shopping malls. We didn’t utilise the swimming pool and gym facilities but the pool in particular was spacious and amazing.

As it was a new building tucked away in a side street off Jalan Kia Peng, several taxi drivers had difficulty locating it. After this occurred, I gave the address as The Phillipines Embassy then asked to be taken to the end of the road, which made it easier to locate. Once we realised the close proximity to shops, trains etc.. we were very happy with the location.

Easy communication with host. Apartment was clean and spacious (although a tiny bit worn). The pool was nice although there were quite a few mosquitos. Short walk from KLCC park which we appreciated.

A lot of construction going on around the property = quite a bit of noise. The restaurant at the top of the building was a bit disappointing. We were the only guests there and waited 30 min for a juice. Mosquitos in the pool area. Not the best road to walk to the hotel as there are no sidewalks.

Wonderful flat in the heart of KL with an absolutely amazing view of the city, including the KLCC/Petronas Towers. Very modern and elegant decor. Note that this is a short-term rental that is not managed by the main building. When I tried to check in at reception, they told me the reservation was not with them and that I had to call whomever I booked the stay with. Fortunately the manager was already in touch with me so I was able to contact them quickly and get the keys. Communication was always very fast and effortless.

I think this is a newer property so a couple of things are still being ironed out, but there is some room for improvement. 1) There was no hand soap / hand washing liquid provided in the property; this should be a basic amenity for all guests. 2) There was a fruit fly infestation mainly in the living room and kitchen areas. The living room floor near the window was littered with dead fruit flies, and there were even dead fruit flies inside the fridge. I'm very surprised that the cleaner did not catch these things.

Great view of the Petronas Towers from the living & bedroom. Big kitchen & laundry facilities. Good to have 2 bathrooms & bedrooms with luggage storage. Easy to walk from or get a Grab to see other attractions. Great pool area & gym. Good air con in all rooms. Good communication on WhatsApp & good wifi.

Second bathroom had a smell but ok when window kept open. Only one key which makes it harder with 2 guests.

Location is great - near the Petronas Towers (also has a park at the base with a running track) and the aquarium. Various shopping malls nearby. We have stayed twice now and both times had a view of the towers which are lit up at night. Shower is great, beds are comfy, air-con works, staff met us on arrival to help with luggage. Very friendly and helpful team. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked good and there's a nice play area for children which mine (12 and 8) enjoyed climbing on (although the park nearby has an even better play area!). Apartments are modern and comfortable.

Nothing really. I'd suggest making sure each bathroom and the kitchen area have handwash liquid. Would be good to have a dish rack for letting washed plates/cups dry and a cloth to wipe the kitchen surfaces (there was a sponge for washing up).

If use taxi, suggest to tell Phillipines embassy and drive up to end of the road. My Taxi driver was so confused to find the place :(

The host has prepared the room well in advance, there was no hiccup in checking in. Facing KLCC from the main window. The location is about 10-15 mins walk from KLCC. The unit is double of the standard size of a hotel room, definitely a plus for people preferring bigger place

The sofa was stained and bed sheet was not as white compared to usual 4-5 start hotel room standard. the public walkway leading to KLCC is not well maintain, and need to watch your steps as there are missing drain cover.
