We were checked in earlier than scheduled (2 hours early) because they managed to prepare the room early which was extremely amazing as we are a family with multiple luggages so that was perfect. The Lady during breakfast was awesome too. She helped us take away our morning coffee as we had to leave to pack for check out.

The pool area was kind of dark and I wished the glass barrier was tinted and higher as there were construction workers beside the building and they were snooping which was kind of uncomfortable.

Just a small thing which is if there is a curtain at the balcony of the private swimming pool will be more privacy and confidentiality for the residents, then that it’s depends on him if he want to close it or to keep it open. For my opinion, I like it internal more or at least covered to take full comfort ability. Thank you very much.

Thanks for the hospitality, my room was upgraded from executive pool room to paborama pool suite, very spacious and have great views of KLTower, Twin Towers. The Management of the hotel really took care of the customer - my original room did not have good view.. The room was ckean and the staff was friendly. The Skydeck and the breakfast buffet were also superb.

on the second day we found some insects on the 2nd bedroom bed. staff was very helpful to change the sheets but after we came back from dinner, it was still around. didn't want to make a fuss as we were checking out the next afternoon. my mom and sister slept in the living room instead as they mentioned that the tiny insects were jumping. other than that, everything was exceptional. the skydeck was the star of the visit!

i did remember requesting for a baby cot as we have an infant traveling with us but it wasn't provided during check in. again, didn't want to make a deal about it, we requested for an additional pillow and baby slept with us on the bed since the bed was huge.

I like the dinner buffet and facilities there. Also, the view is amazing.

A wonderful hotell with fantastic views. From the moment you set foot in the Hotel from the moment we checked out the level of customer service was flawless. Close to Bukit Bintang and the closest MRT station was less than a 5 minute walk. The facilities are fantastic. The pool on level 51 was impressive and the adjacent sky deck was a nice experience. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a large choice of Indian, Asian and Western food. The suites was large and had every appliances you need. The view from the living room was fantastic, especially at night. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The noise of the aircon or something at night. Sounds spooky but we know its the aircon or pipe sound.

The location of the hotel was exceptional. KLCC park was only a short walk away, as was Suria KLCC and a well placed LRT/MRT station. You could also walk quickly to Pavillion/Bukit Bintang and all the shops ans restaurants there. The hotel was clean, the facilties excellent and the rooms was spectacular. It was a large, well-furnished and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Check in took a long time and there were issues over the card I used. Check out was equally frustrating; there were two counters but when I asked the receptionist to check out she said she could not help and to wait at the other counter. There was an issue with these guests at this counter, that took over 10 minutes, until they finally re-opened the second counter. I thought for a 5-star hotel, the buffet could have been better - a lot of the food I ate was not hot. The pools in the rooms could have been heated too, or at least not as cold as they were.
