Breakfast: Good choice, variety of cultural tastes, both hot and cold. Pool in room a definite plus! Spotlessly clean and great sanitary fittings. Loved the relaxing area of the lounge in the suite we had. Views across the city were great and from upstairs on 51st floor it was good to see the twin towers.

restaurant upstairs was ok food but not the best. Very salty and poor lighting on the outdoors balcony so it was hard to see what we were eating. The atmosphere in the sky bar was great and was a lovely way to have a cocktail and watch the twilight turn into night.

An exceptional experience from start to finish! The location is perfect, the pool view from the room is breathtaking, and the Seafood Night was absolutely top-tier — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What truly made the stay special was the genuine warmth and friendliness of the staff specially Zarina and all buffet staffs. A luxurious, relaxing, and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Not applicable, everything was amazing

We were checked in earlier than scheduled (2 hours early) because they managed to prepare the room early which was extremely amazing as we are a family with multiple luggages so that was perfect. The Lady during breakfast was awesome too. She helped us take away our morning coffee as we had to leave to pack for check out.

The pool area was kind of dark and I wished the glass barrier was tinted and higher as there were construction workers beside the building and they were snooping which was kind of uncomfortable.

Everything was perfect

Just a small thing which is if there is a curtain at the balcony of the private swimming pool will be more privacy and confidentiality for the residents, then that it’s depends on him if he want to close it or to keep it open. For my opinion, I like it internal more or at least covered to take full comfort ability. Thank you very much.

Thanks for the hospitality, my room was upgraded from executive pool room to paborama pool suite, very spacious and have great views of KLTower, Twin Towers. The Management of the hotel really took care of the customer - my original room did not have good view.. The room was ckean and the staff was friendly. The Skydeck and the breakfast buffet were also superb.

I booked a room with an indoor pool and I absolutely loved it. The pool access door has a child-proof lock or latch high up so children can't reach it, and there's a door to the shower just 2 feet away from the pool door. This made cleaning up and showering very quick and mess-free so I didn't have to drip water all over the room floor.

Not much that I didn't like. Perhaps the location was slightly further than expected so there's a bit of a walk to get to the malls, but it's fine and the staff were really helpful. I left my child's pillow in the room and after I checked out and realised it was missing I swung back round to get it, and the doorman allowed me to park just outside the hotel entrance while the spouse went in to retrieve the pillow.

on the second day we found some insects on the 2nd bedroom bed. staff was very helpful to change the sheets but after we came back from dinner, it was still around. didn't want to make a fuss as we were checking out the next afternoon. my mom and sister slept in the living room instead as they mentioned that the tiny insects were jumping. other than that, everything was exceptional. the skydeck was the star of the visit!

i did remember requesting for a baby cot as we have an infant traveling with us but it wasn't provided during check in. again, didn't want to make a deal about it, we requested for an additional pillow and baby slept with us on the bed since the bed was huge.

The room, food and the facilities provided in the room

My daughter Was asked to have the breakfast next floor in other cafe as the staff claimed that main restaurant was fully occupied. Staff didn't check properly, I was in the cafe and saw there were still empty seats available. Breakfast served at the extra place had a very very limited choice compared to the main cafe and yet we have to pay the same amount for the breakfast. Hotel staff also claimed the food served at the next floor was as same as the main. It was really a false statement and claim!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay in one of the most comfortable rooms I’ve ever experienced. The space was beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly cozy—perfect for unwinding after a long day. One of the highlights was the attached private pool, which offered the perfect setting to relax in the evening. Whether it was taking a quiet dip under the stars or simply lounging poolside with a drink in hand, it felt like a little slice of paradise. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking

I was caught off guard by a deposit requirement that wasn’t communicated during the booking or on the pre-arrival questionnaire. Additionally, the coffee machine wasn’t working, and when I asked the staff, he seemed somewhat reluctant to assist. There was also no hand soap in the toilets or detergent by the sink. To top it off, the Chinese lady at checkout (11am) was rude and unhelpful. She didn’t even offer a simple thank you, which was disappointing. With a bit more training in hospitality etiquette, she could provide much better service. These issues really put a damper on what should have been a perfect trip to celebrate both my wedding anniversary and birthday.
