The Novotel has the best location. A 1 minute walk to Pavillion and the walkway to KLCC Suria. Surrounded by restaurants and convenience store 7 11 opposite. We used to stay here and call it the Novo smell or the Novo hell, before its refurbishment. We are glad to say that now the Novotel is great! The refurbished rooms and dining area are super cool and clean with new furniture. The breakfast has improved too. It used to be the dreaded 3 melon combination for fruit. One day there were 7 different fruits available. There is also freshly pressed juice. One day had watermelon, orange, carrot and green juice - fantastic. There are 4 cuisines western, malaysian, noodle station and Indian. Coffee is from a machine not barista made and was OK. The staff were super organised and friendly. Love the filtered water in the rooms, no more plastic bottles and the big bottles of soap, shampoo, conditioner etc like they do in Japan. No more mini plastic bottles. The TV was great. The linens were 100 per cent cotton. Good bathroom amenities. We'll definitely be back at the price point we paid. It's a great 4 star hotel.

The shower cubicle was very small. You had to turn side ways to avoid hitting your arms on the glass. Although the mattress was new and Slumberland brand it was a touch too hard. But those who like hard beds will love it. You can never get good pastries in hotels in Asia, it's just one of those things.

Location is great! Just across is Pavilion and walked a bit further it's the row of good restaurants (Tarbush one of our favourite, Damascus, Hameedya and etc). The connecting bridge to KLCC, is also in front of the hotel. Just hop on the escalator behind the hotel and you can choose either to explore Pavilion and the rest of Bukit Bintang area or the other route to KLCC. Right in front of the hotel, there are 7E & KK Mart which open 24 hours. Room was good, clean and comfy. Toilet function well and clean, though a bit small.

1.Rooms should've have bells. It's hard knocking on the door. 2.Swimming pool wasn't too clean either. 3. No concierge upon arriving at the drop off area. Luckily the guard was kind enough to help. Stay at plenty other Accor hotels, this is unacceptable.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to Pavilion and a 15-minute stroll to the Twin Towers. The staff are friendly, making it very convenient for families. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options.

Great location close to the Pavilion, 10 minutes to Suria KLCC and other places. We had a 1 year old so needed a guaranteed safe, clean and cot in room which Novotel provided. On reflection I wouldn't stay anywhere else, all the staff are helpful, happy and greet you. They engaged with my 1 year old too, he was so happy here. They also put on the Euro final at 3am in the bar area and advised where I could get fresh milk for my son. We had a large large bed which was also helpful if our kid transferred into the bed in the night. He slept well. Air con works great too. With a small toddler helpful to be 3 minute quick walk to Pavilion to grab groceries and food when needed in the evening.

Only improvement if any and I had to say something could be in the swimming to renovate it to make it bigger. This isn't an issue the pool is good enough and we visited most afternoons.

This hotel was a joy to stay in. The staff are excellent at what they do and provide a 5 star service with a friendly smile. They are the best thing about the hotel. I have stayed in other hotels in KL and this one is up there on the good list. Check in/out was easy and painless and we were given a lovely high room. The facilities are excellent and rooms are spacious for the area. I especially liked the water filter. I also like the way the room entrance are offset so you're looking directly at another room on the opposite side of the corridor. It helps with keeping noise levels low too. We didn't eat here because the hotel is located so near to local food outlets, but we did have afternoon mocktails there which were excellent, again with excellent service. It was a shame that we couldn't have afternoon tea there as it requires a 3 day notice reservation! There was building work going on which we were informed about so it didn't come as a surprise but it made the reception area and bar area a little too noisy to relax during the day. However, I'm not marking it down because we were well informed ahead of time and we chose to continue to stay. I look forward to seeing the new reception area when I return. This is the first hotel I will look at when returning to KL in the future. Highly recommended.

The staffs are always on the look out to reach out to guest hand. I would like to thank Mr Rasel and Mehedi Hasan who offered to help me when I didn’t have MYR currency. They paid taxi 🚕 from their pocket and said I could pay later. While I was in KL, I lost my wallet. Mehedi Hasan showed me how to go to the police station and how to go about the city without cash. They also gave me suggestions of best food in the area, shopping centres and local attractions. The food in the breakfast 🍳 was also good.

The position of the toilet 🚽 is a bit narrow.

I booked an executive room to get more space for our suitcases. Our room was on the 22nd floor and everything looked brand new. It was very quiet. The staff were very helpful and the location was great.

I'm used to hotels providing a street map with some recommendations of places to visit, restaurants, etc so was surprised that the hotel didn't do this. We had to depend on the concierge boys to point us in the right direction or used Grab taxis to get around. The lounge bar was usually empty. We had a drink once but it was so expensive we didn't go back.

The overall condition of the hotel meets my expectation. Excellent stay with family.

The steps at the entrance of the hotel has no railing for older people hang on to to climb up and down.

location was good. easy to get to places. room was what i expected to have for this price. breakfast was fine as well. enjoyed it.

the gym was terrible. you have to improve it immediately as now everyone works outs and the gym had nothing. also there was so few things that if there were 2 people in the gym, it would be a problem to use the weights etc. serious improvement required.

Clean, good location, friendly staff.

We paid full amount for the buffet breakfast. The food quality of the buffet breakfast needs improvement. We found a chicken in the banana cake.The laksa noodle was tasteless. The nasi lemak small fishes were too hard. The f&b department should review the selection of food quality and the presentation of the good. For example, fried eggs were put on top of each egg.......very disappointed for the breakfast.
