The location is really great. Very good walking access to the shopping centre and very close to public transport (which I recommend as the best way to get to know the city) Rooms big and comfortable.

Coffee machine uses some very weired pod system (none of the big ones, neither Nespresso nor Dolce Gusto) so using own pods is nearly impossible. Contact with reception thru WhatsApp is unintuitive but eventually works pretty well. I was surprised that hot water in bathroom is cold actually. Given where I come from not a big problem for me but just so that you know...

The property is located opposite to Pavilion Mall and is in the center of the city. The hotel communicates with guests via WhatsApp as the only channel. Once you reach, you communicate with the hotel and someone will come from the reception that is located at the 16th Floor to take you to the reception area and start the check in process. Once checked in, you communicate with the hotel via WhatsApp as there is no phone in the room. The hotel is nice and the rooms are spacious. The staff are friendly and the hotel allows you to have a late check out till 6 pm with just RM 150. The check out is done at the ground floor and the communication is done via WhatsApp too. It is easy to get a grab and is adjacent to the hotel. However, the hotel name is Banyan Tree Residence. The hotel does not have Breakfast option.

The bathroom was smelling badly. This is the only complaint I had.

The location is superb, connected to Pavilion Mall via a link bridge manned by security guard. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is my second time staying here, the staff professionalism and effectiveness have improved comparing to my first visit a year ago.

The shampoo and shower gel provided by the hotel seem to be of lower quality.

excellent location right next to Pavilion and connected to the mall through a pedestrian bridge. the staff is professional, super friendly and extremely helpful (the security, the concierge and a special shout-out to IWAN. thank you so much Iwan for your hospitality). the hotel provided free parking at level 9 - you need to meet the hotel concierge at lobby upon arrival to collect the RFID parking card before driving to level 9. check-in at level 16. this hotel does not have a restaurant but it offers room service meals. a big infinity pool at level 10 that opens 7 am to 10 pm - they also have gym, steam room & sauna room that also have same operating hours as pool (the sauna was under maintenance during my visit unfortunately). the room & bathroom are huge and beds are super comfortable. efficient aircon, wifi and hot water shower. the room has microwave, induction stove, small fridge and utensils. note that this Opus Hotel is located in Banyan Tree RESIDENCE tower (next to it is Banyan Tree HOTEL and they have separate lobby).

minor complaints but not a deal breaker - the room has smart TV and you can access Youtube and Netflix (using your personal account) but that's about it - the rest of menu and channels were in chinese so i have problem understanding them and accessing other channels apart from Youtube & Netflix. the room does not have a safe deposit box.

Amazing stay. Perfect bed and pillows. Very cosy and happy place. Good facilities. Prompt response on WhatsApp since it’s managed by Opus. The building is called Banyan Tree Residences though. The best part was the bridge connected to Pavilion mall. It was near the Bukit bintang Klcc walkway too. Amazing experience. Staff was very clean and fast in cleaning.

No breakfast. And you have to be careful of your belongings. Being a makeup artist I had a lot of products kept in the room and my Fenty Lipstick was missing. Saying this after reconfirming 3-4 times. Just beware. The stay is not so cheap though.

We had a lovely staycation. We super liked: * the amazing location, right next to Pavilion KL for food, shops etc. An overhead walking bridge goes straight into the mall. * the spacious room and bathroom, cosy ambience. The bed was super comfy and the kitchenette was great for preparing snacks and heating up food. * the staff was very helpful, warm and around to assist on ground or via WA. Truly appreciate that.

The use of Netflix in the room was limited. We were told 4 users per time so sometimes have to wait.

Best location if you're in town to shop. The link bridge to The Pavilion Mall made it so easy to cross over despite the rain. Checking in was almost seamless. The room was clean and spacious. Toiletries were provided and the mini bar was filled. The showers was working well and I loved the spacious bathroom and the bathtub included. The apartment is within walking distances to all the other recommended malls. No more suffering the traffic jams.

You'll need to contact the concierge upon arriving as the check in process is on the upper floors. I arrived but my mobile was not working. Unfortunately, the security was not helpful and no one was at the reception to help as well. I understood later, that the person manning the reception was busy ushering earlier guests for check in. It's not a deal breaker.

The location was great with a connecting bridge to Pavillion. Saved us from a rainy day. The staff was really thoughtful, I mentioned in the booking remarks that it is our anniversary, they then offered packages if we would like to purchase to decorate the room.I didn't purchase the decorations. However, they still decorated the bed with petals and made a cake tower out of towels! That was sweet of them. Loved the huge round bathtub and spacious bathroom.

We arrived way earlier than stipulated check-in time. The reception staff was vigilant, friendly, courteous, and mindful when they noticed I had work matters to attend and was sitting at the lobby on my laptop, waiting for check-in time. They went above and beyond to assist every request. Be it from request to change room as room assigned had a foul smell, but none of it was their fault. They manage it well and superb customer service.
