Very clean and large rooms, good location. Always coming back to Banyan Signatures for everytime we go to KL. Special shoutout to Afnan who’s very helpful for checkin!

Great location and very spacious rooms.

Some of the room facilities were not up to standard. The first room did not have a working washing machine and it was very warm and the air was system control did not seem to work properly and room temp never dropped below about 24°C even when the system was set to 5°C and ran for several hours. We were moved to a second room with an operational washing machine but the room temp was still an issue and did not drop below 23°C. This was referred to the staff who said that there had been some cooling issues and that they would check on it before locating us a room for future stays.

Staff proactively approached me via Whatsapp for all the checking-in instruction and things to know. They're quick on response, and very supportive for any customer service you ask. The room is much nicer than I'd expect for an apartment-type room. Super easy location with a connecting bridge between the facility and Pavilion mall, beautiful pool and rather big gym facility. I love the washing machine in the room, can sort out laundry needs easily. The mattress is super comfy too. This place truly exceeds my expectation.

So, if you drive, you will have to park at 9/F. And that is one hell of painful experience to circle up 9 floors from the ground, and all the way down when you leave. I also don't like the fact that there is no cooking utensils provided, given that there is an electric cook and oven in the kitchen area. No frying pan, no boiling bowl, nothing.

I stayed here for a few nights while transiting through KL. It's a full studio apartment. It's nice to have the convenience of kitchen facilities, a fridge and a washing machine available. There's a good gym area. The swimming pool is on a lower level which I found unusual - higher up with a better view of the city is what I would have expected. There was good wifi and a work desk. It was quiet and conducive to sleep. It is located right across from (in fact, it is connected by a bridge) one of the best shopping malls and overall, it is a super central location from which I was able to walk to all places of interest.

There was no view. No water provided.

1. Easy walking distance through a bridge to Pavillion shopping mall. 2. Check in easy with staff waiting at the lobby but have to whatsapp the number first. 3. Clean room 4. The Vertigo Banyan Tree rooftop can see great view at night of Twin Towers, KL Towers etc

1. Parking at highest level 9 with 18 times turns to reach parking. 2. Mini bar not complimentary with Oxygen water @RM10 per bottle confusing for the kids to just open and drink. 3. With kitchen but no cooking pots/pans. 4. Drinking water provided is mini size. 5. Room card only provide us one which is very troublesome going up and down cos all need access card. 6. Weird smell constantly at corridor hall.

Room more than adequate - Comfortable, Clean, Nicely furnished. Facilities highly impressive with a magnificent infinity pool, great security.

Difficulty in communicating with the Office and Service on weekends & after hours although it will happend - eventually. Ended up carrying our own luggage down on a Sunday when slow responses did not allow an urgent exit. Lack of information on the excellent facilities (opening hours, location, etc) and the TV was a nightmare to navigate without instructions. Never got it to show channels available.

This stay was nothing short of a dreamy escape — from the soft glow of fairy lights circling the bathtub with skyline views, to the perfectly placed candles and champagne glasses that whispered quiet luxury every detail, cozy room, spoke of thoughtfulness, intimacy, and a kind of love that doesn’t need to shout to be deeply felt. 💛 And thanks to the hospitality here was awesome will definately come back.. thanks to afnan n team 💕
