Comfortable and reasonable charge.
Very lazy and rude front desk staff. Almost 24 hours busy with his cellphone. And I never stay in a hotel with no WiFi signal even connected. The staff should be more alert

Value for money. Comfortably spacious room, clean and fresh scented bedsheets, bathroom is clean as well, supplied with soap and shampoo. Hey guys, the TV is working!! (Unlike some hotel rooms that have asthetic TVs for deco only, not functioning). They subscribed a couple of Astro channels including Cinemax to keep you entertained :-P
The parking spot is very limited.. Nothing else.

They provide shampoo and soap.. Also, they provide hot and cold water to drink. I appreciate the hot shower as well
Parking is limited. I felt that my bed sheet was not changed before I checked in because it had lots of dust on the surface :( space in the room also was limited. I had to pray on the bed

The room is quite spacious for a budget hotel. The bathroom has a minimalist design which I like. Check-in process was smooth. I like that the hotel has an elevator. The location is good coz it's near to the city centre, has kedai makan mamak around the corner & 7E. The shower works well for both cold & hot water.
- The toilet wasn't cleaned thoroughly. You can see some dirty stuff under the rim of the toilet bowl. - No mirror in the bedroom, only available in bathroom. - No parking space provided for guests, I guess because it's a busy area with offices around there. So be prepared to park a bit further than the hotel.

The price was affordable to the type of room booked.
There was no hot water available in the shower & no mirror to use in the room which was quite difficult.
